The hype is real. Two sandwiches plus waffle fries and drink all together is only $11. The place looks very clean and organized, the staff are nice, and the food was indeed very good! I’m picky about quality- the chicken on the sandwiches seemed fresh cut and made to order and the wait was quick.

Eureka Eatery in Monroe, MI on E. Hurd & Monroe Street has some of the best food, people and customer service! Their Scorched sandwiches are the best!! So many items to choose from. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is professional and friendly and fast. A young lady named Jayla is my favorite. She’s Awesome! This place has really great vibes! I recommend eating here to everyone.

So the Nashville hot chicken sandwich here is life changing and I do mean that, I have never had a better chicken sandwich in my entire life and I travel a lot for work and eat out. It makes Popeyes look like a mcChicken dollar menu sandwich. I would like to see more fries for the 6.00 price tag like 5 guys start putting them in paper cups by size and overfill them to the point where you’re also giving a nice portion of bag fries, lastly I would like to see some pulp in the lemonade like Chick-fil-A a little less bitter a little more sweet. You do those two things and you have yourself a rapidly expanding chain.

I’ve been getting Eureka since 2019. They used to be great. I’d get a Mild chicken sandwich with a truffle fry and ranch. Since then I’ve had to go up to a medium and sometimes a hot because the spice is so inconsistent and minimal. The mild has zero spice and the medium sometimes has spice. The hot goes from barely spicy to super spicy. The new fries are absolutely horrid. Like a lot of people are saying. Bring back the waffle fries. The new fries are also super inconsistent. Last time I got them they were chunky. And the time before that they were super thin. I ordered truffle fries two days ago because I thought that’s how I’d finally get waffle fries. Instead I got regular cut fries that were cold and had zero flavor. The only thing that’s stayed good is the ranch but almost a dollar for a tiny thing is insane. Strawberry milkshake is good though.

food was great but couldn’t help but notice a manager, whose name is Mary, being extremely rude to her employees. one of them looking fairly new to the job. it’s saddening to see this happen, and I hope something is done about this. If you can’t handle training teenagers maybe don’t work fast food. update: she seen this and is continuing to slander a TEENAGERS name. imagine being ur grown age and this is ur source of entertainment.. embarrassing
