I've been here a couple of times the last few months and the bread sticks are my favorite thing. The customer service from Z, Roman and Frank have been above par and absolutely awesome.

Folks working there hustle hard. Good workers. Got the Italian sub, WAY better than subway, jersey Mike's, Jimmy John. Had more meat and cheese than bread for a change. Worth stopping for.

I just want to acknowledge Zeke! We were blown away tonight by how kind, fast, and attentive he was! We dined in tonight and he blew us away! We were never without breadsticks or anything because he always figured out what we needed before we realized it ourselves! Not only were we taken care of fully, but he took care of the MANY other people there tonight as well even when there was a line! This is one of our favorite spots and it's awesome people like him that keep us coming back!

The interior was a little dirty during my visit which, but I was surprised by the quality of the fast Italian here. There's a certain restaurant known for its breadsticks, but darned if I didn't find this Fazoli's breadsticks to be as good (and maybe even better!) You're not getting the authentic experience, but you also can't beat what they serve for the price point. Not sad to have stopped in.
I have been here several times. Always get go service and pretty good food. It's mainly pasta but I really like the bread sticks.
