This restaurant makes good food and all but avoid if you driving long distance or really sensitive to foods me and my wife ate food was good and good thing I don't have a load to drive any where diarrhea is scheduled after eating your food so you better prepare to stop for reset or good 16hr break or more cuz your going to gave hard one good luck.This is just my opinion based on my experiance and I hope things change so we can eat food and don't have issues like that.

Staff here was great. I haven't been to Fazoli's in a very long time but this experience was nice. With it being in a truck plaza there were a lot of distractions for my kids. Food took a little long to come out but it was hot and fresh. The place was very clean and inviting so that was a definite plus!!

We dined at Fazoli’s earlier today for lunch. It was my first time going, my boyfriend has been before so he thought he’d take me there. When we went to go order, the manager i presume, was at the counter, and it took her a little bit before she greeted us, which was odd to me. She was busy doing something, so i was fine with letting her finish her stuff, till it turned into about a 5 minute wait to order. Then we ordered, i got the chicken broccoli penne with Alfredo sauce. We went and sat down and majority of the tables were dirty, or had left over plates on top of them. Which could be pointed towards the customers not cleaning up after themselves, but it would’ve been nice to have a table or two that was clean or wiped down. Then after waiting a little for the food, (not the cooks fault, they seemed slightly understaffed), we got up to see what was the wait, then the manager had alerted me that they didn’t have the sauce for my food, so i had to order something else. I felt bad for the woman that was cooking, she was very overwhelmed and the manager seemed to not pay her much mind. It wasn’t the cooks fault, she did very good for what she was handed. Then another woman showed up and she was very kind and jumped in and helped out. Shout out to her and the cook! I just think management could be better at this location, it was odd she didn’t know what was out and what wasn’t. The food was very good though, i ended up picking spaghetti with meat sauce as an alternative. I was a little upset that the food didn’t come with drinks, since it’s on the pricier side, but all in all the food was tasty :)

Decent food service considering what it is, a joke. Who ever heard of 'Italian Fast Food?!' I mean besides pizza and subs...they have those too and they terrible. My issue is with the brand not the location or the management that was fine.

The food is so yummy and the customer specialty professionals are so great there, it's not super close to us but worth the trip!
A strange mixed between fastfood and Italian food. Definitely an experience to remember and I'm definitely not opposed to have good treats like spaghetti, pizza and such much faster then the slower regular restaurants. The food is decent, flavors were full and proportions not bad either. It's crazy to get this kinda quality in a truck stop. I'm sure truckers definitely are happy to get a fast bite in a non fast food setting.

The breadsticks tasted weird and bad. The Alfredo was like garlic water. So how could they get me on the pumpkin pie from the cheesecake factory. Look at my pic. It’s a slice of the slice in the picture. They got me hook line and sinker. Never again will I be back.
