After I read the door dash order person who left a review I was going to come over to eat here but I don't want to get sick they are not clean enough for me to eat I like my hamburgers at home I went to culinary school I wouldn't be coming in any time soon they need to change the way they clean before I come in I will be watching for the reviews to get better than this

$27 for a large soft drink a bacon cheese burger and a bacon hotdogs with no fries. Both soda machines were spraying everywhere and got my hands wet and tasted flat. The food tastes like a and w for twice as much. BTW a 9oz signature sirloin steak diner with a soup or salad and one side at Blackrock is $23.99.

Was just here for a doordash. Watched the employees use the same pair of gloves from handling raw meat on the grill to prepping the burgers and cleaning of the counters in between. After reading about people getting diarrhea from here it makes sense. I love the food here but don't think I'll be back after seeing this. I even asked the employee if she knew how to properly change their gloves (gloves are more dangerous then properly and frequently washed hands to begin with) I was just kind of brushed off

The food at Five Guys is always great. It’s a chain restaurant who has there formula down. You can expect the same food you normally get at a Five Guys. The meal I get is always expensive so that’s a bummer. I’d like to specifically add that the employees were very friendly. They asked how all the customers meals were and told them to drive home safely. I will be coming back.

Second time coming here second time being disappointed. Fries were beyond too salty. I couldn’t eat them threw them away for $20 for a burger and a fry should be phenomenal. It was mediocre best way better places to spend that $20 on for one meal. The burger was okay
I have given this 5 guys 3 chances now, it's one of the most mismanaged 5 guys I've been too! My orders are always wrong, and it takes forever to get your order. Standing in that place for 40 mins, waiting on 2 burgers and a small fry is just stupid, and there was only 2 people ahead of me!

Overall this place was okay. The burger was really good. I did sort of dislike that they have a pan sitting out of precooked bacon that's cold and clearly been sitting there a while. Just for charging $13 for a burger, it really seems like everything should be hot and as fresh as possible. Also the fries are cut there is great, but I did notice that the ones I received in my order had been sitting for a while and weren't very fresh.

I won't be back at the Monroe five guys. Every time I order here y'all forget something on my burger. I don't trust y'all to make it right. Last time y'all forgot my extra patty, the bacon, and all the condiments. I was tired and I just wanted to eat. I hate having to go back in to tell them they forgot things EVERY SINGLE TIME. Get it together Monroe five guys. I gave you one star for wasting so much of my time (and money because I let the missing food go a couple times and it's already extremely overpriced)..

I would give it zero stars if I could. My "burger" didn't even have a burger on it. It was a single dot of mayo, no A1, gross canned mushrooms, soggy cold onions and NO MEAT. I've never had any issues at other locations.
