I am a customer of Happy's pizza this review is for everyone - avoid this Happy's pizza in Monroe, Michigan - best thing that could happen is the franchise steps in and shuts this place down.
Owner / manager has major anger issues he treats his employees like garbage.
Loudly, basically screaming at employees - addressing employees with numerous F bombs while customers are standing in lobby.
Owner / manager treats employees like garbage - garbage is a understatement - customers that were in lobby including myself waiting for there orders were scared as well as embarrassed for the employees.
The pizza here at this happys is substandard to other happys pizza we have had in different locations - to us a customer it appears this Happy's does not use same quality products.
I am not a business mogul but to me this is all bad for the Happy's brand.
Best outcome - everyone stop going here this Happy's goes out of business or a complete new ownership takes over.

Spent over $100, all the food was so dry. The chicken wings, even the bread sticks were dry. I usually love happys and it used to be my go to place for pizza, salad and breadsticks. Very disappointed with it today!

I have never had the opportunity to experience Your companies food so today when I saw your amazingly bright sign SAYING: HAPPY'S PIZZA- RIBS. CHICKEN.AND PIZZA!!! I was happy to get all the fixings today, so I was quick to flip a u-turn. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 very awesome employees Kay, Emma and your cook Xander. Super friendly, very professional. We ordered riblets Chicken wings and a small pizza. Everything was amazing thank you all so much. Food was fresh hot and delicious........❤️🙏🏼Not a single complaint from us.

The staff members I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

Great food! I ordered 100 chicken wings, 4 large pizzas and 2 sub platters for a party over the weekend, happys did not disappoint! We had our food delivered. The driver was on time and very polite. And they even threw in a free box of fries! Will definitely be ordering from them again, especially when we have a big party 🍕🍗🌯

I ordered pizza fries and rib tips. Pizza and fries were good. The rib tips were terrible. Under cooked tough chewy the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve had Happys tips before from other locations and they were great. This Monroe store needs to step up their game. Two out of three isn’t good when it comes to food at premium prices these days.

My family orders from this Happy's quite often. Store # 051 located in Monroe, Michigan. This is a positive review, but it starts out with a bit of a mishap. Thank you staff members Jerry and Antonio you guys are awesome. So today, I decided to order the smoked barbecue wings and fries dinner. I ordered out for delivery and when it arrived, it was the wrong meal. I called the store and Jerry answered the call and immediately recognized the mistake and was very apologetic. He then expedited, my replacement order with no issues. Both orders were delivered by Antonio whom displayed a great positive attitude throughout the mishap. Usually when I order anything with barbecue sauce, the box is all sauced up on the outside and the foil is dipped underneath the food items. But today, I don't know who packaged the food but it was PERFECT. No food on the outside of the box, the foil was clean, you couldn't even tell that I ordered anything with sauce. My napkins, we're not already used by the sauce but dry and ready for me to use on my own. The wings we're cooked well done and flavorful just the way I like them and the sauce was perfectly proportioned and evenly distributed amongst all the wings. I was so pleased with my order that I issued another call to let Jerry know how much I really appreciated the rectification and the quality of this meals packaging. It was a huge difference from the meal that I ordered last week. I appreciate and welcome this change. Hopefully, it continues as I will continue to order from this store.

I had the BBQ smoked chicken a few weeks ago and it was the best I have had. very moist full of flavor and loaded with sauce. We just had it again today and I am sad that there is no flavor very dry and over cooked with almost no sauce. We also ordered the garlic Parmesan wedges and this is the 2nd time there was no garlic butter or Parmesan. This makes me very sad because I have not had any bad experiences here. What's up with the change and inconsistency.
