I've been to other locations and have had better service, this day I went in was first time at this location, lady who took my order her name tag said something important like operation trainer, can't remember but was not a basic crew member & when done ordering she asks my name, mind you I do not like this type of service, it's fast food, I'm the only person in line, a name is so unnecessary, don't tell me you want to make my experience personal,...

I remembered Hardee's having really good and big burgers when I lived in Alabama 10 years ago. It's basically same as they have at Carl's Jr here in Oklahoma. Okay, but not great.
