We went to icecream time today. My son from the moment he got there said he wanted a large turtle sundae. I tipped $5. we get our order and there is a dirt sundae in place. so we tell them. She instantly gets defensive and states well he must have changed his mind. I said no he originally asked for that. so she takes the dirt sundae and tells me to pay $2 more dollars. so I tell her I tipped $5. she goes oh ill just take from our tip (rudely) she gives us a small turtle sunday and I tell her it was a large. she tells me well that will be a dollar more. I said I tipped $5 im really trying to not get angry. she rolls her eyes and says yup ill just pull from our tips. and makes the large sundae and hands it off with a rude attitude and comment to my 8 year old son. good customer service would have apologized and made it right. not deflect the issue onto the customer and demand more money when the tip covered more than their mistake.

Well ice cream time is a very um as a very nice place it's on Dixie highway of Monroe and and it's wheelchair accessible wheelchair parking there is outdoor seating it's inexpensive you can get you can get shakes you can get any kind of ice cream you want whether it be dietary you can get any kind of fruit flavor you want you can get shakes and and all that sort of thing they have many different sizes and like I said you can eat outside there's so much like a it's almost like a small dairy Queen kind of thing I'm not sure what else you can get but you can might as well go in there and check it out they do accept cat they do accept them cash I think it's cash only I believe and all that sort of thing so anyway all right there's no I think I don't think there's any I don't think there's any indoor seating so all righty but anyway so all right well I will speak to you everybody later if you have any questions please give them a call it might be better cuz they would know better than I would if you have any questions
