I went to the store in Monroe Mi. I ordered a steak and cheese. While I was waiting a couple came in and ordred the same thing .While I was, waiting the workers made their subs. I didn't care that they went in front of me. Once they were done the worker never even started to make my sub. she looked atme like a deer in the head lights. Since they didn't seem to care that they made the other subs before me they never even started to make mind. The couple apologized for cutting in front but it wasn't their fault. She even said to me good luck. I gave them my slip and walked out and went to Jimmy John's. Ill never go back.

We visited this location today , the employee (Brittany) was extremely rude and unprofessional. This isnt the 1st time we've had this experience in this store. I don't believe I'll be coming back to this location if this is how they allow their employees to act.

Can’t follow simple directions of what not to put on a sandwich. Don’t go here unless you want your sandwich covered in mayo.
Great subs!!! Everyone was nice with great customer service!!! They have the meats!!! Everything was freshly sliced!!! Super delicious subs!!!

Five stars because the gentleman that worked today On the 22nd, and the girl with glasses made my experience tolerable. I don't know what was up with the girls attitude with all the pins on her hat, but she couldn't hear not one of the customers so that means she didn't hear me and they had to remake my sub, and when they remade my sub, she also was very slow and handing me as if I had done something wrong when I called her out for putting a ton of oil on my sub Jersey Mike's often this isn't put on. I know a lot is a lot. I had asked her to stop before the sixth shake of oil and then was told oh it's the same amount of vinegar as it is that doesn't matter there's too much oil on my sub. She wasn't listening, or she was stoned out of her mind. do better. I've worked in customer service for 11 years and that's just not how you treat people and put a smile on your face even if you don't want to.
