One of the best subs I've ever had! Got the steak and cheese and it was the bomb!! Staff was super friendly and they are cheaper than subway and honestly I think healthier than subway. Definitely hope this location stays here for a long time!

Im a consistent regular at this location and I cant help but acknowledge the speed and efficiency that Cynthia, Brittany, James <-(managers)&(employees) ->Mike, Dakota, Jasmine, Ariel, Aryana and Shay work with. If i get a cold sub I’m in and out within like 2-5 minutes easily. The ingredients are always fresh. And we usually have a few laughs too. They typically have some form of music going while you wait.

1st time shopper, it is as good as advertised! Menu is a good size with both hot and cold items. I did the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was outstanding, I went with the iced tea and it was very well brewed. Atmosphere was just like most deli shops such as subway and Jimmy John's, order and sit. I will go back and will try the turkey sub next. Service was friendly, fast, 3 employees at the time with 6 customers.

I went to the store in Monroe Mi. I ordered a steak and cheese. While I was waiting a couple came in and ordred the same thing .While I was, waiting the workers made their subs. I didn't care that they went in front of me. Once they were done the worker never even started to make my sub. she looked atme like a deer in the head lights. Since they didn't seem to care that they made the other subs before me they never even started to make mind. The couple apologized for cutting in front but it wasn't their fault. She even said to me good luck. I gave them my slip and walked out and went to Jimmy John's. Ill never go back.

We visited this location today , the employee (Brittany) was extremely rude and unprofessional. This isnt the 1st time we've had this experience in this store. I don't believe I'll be coming back to this location if this is how they allow their employees to act.
