Amazing subs, normally love Jimmy John’s but I’m updating my review because why did my May 4th order take over an hour to be delivered as well as they forgot my chips and did not cut my sandwich in half as asked specifically. Then I send them my feedback on my order and don’t even get a reply. Next time I will have to place my order through a different location.

Food is amazing like any other jimmy johns just never has drivers to be able to take cash orders. It’s happened atleast 7 different times where I get in limbo between Monroe st saying that can’t deliver to me because I’m out of zone (1.5 miles from them) so I have to call telegraph(2.3) miles but they can’t deliver to me because they don’t staff drivers so they use uber eats and doordash to deliver for them. Just sad they are penny pinching and can’t properly serve their customers. Been ordering for 10 years with jimmy johns definitely done with the telegraph location

Walked in for lunch after getting a haircut. Not a worker in sight. I waited at the front for about 5 minutes before leaving. Well waiting I was looking around, the make line was a huge mess. Looked gross.

Won’t be going back food was dry, no extras after I ask for extra (tomato mayonnaise bun is hard and stale. Employees are too busy asking what they’re doing tonight instead of focusing on their job. If you want a qaulity sub go anywhere but here.

Hi this is Tanya and I've never been to Jimmy John's and when I went there it was it wasn't it wasn't busy there was only about a few people in there and the guy Nick he was very nice he I ordered the bacon ironed the BLT and it was a wrap and he cut it so that was very nice and there's not a big selection on what you can get and let me see he brought this sandwich out to us you can get chips barbecue and stuff like that there's not a big selection on chips The problem is is that there's a sign there that says something like come naked and stuff like that no problem whatever it's kind of unattractive I would never go to Jimmy John's again all because I'm a born again Christian and that's not very business like myself and so anyway but yeah there's not a big selection at all there's really not so it's not something I would do again cuz I ordered my my husband a spicy Italian and there's a lot of meat unless less stuff and he doesn't like a lot of meat
My husband came for sandwiches to bring to the hospital for myself and him also. My sandwich wo avocado came on a rather harder bun. Usually they come on whole grain thick bread. Also comes with sprouts and ovacados. I omit the avacados. First came normal but then included the guacamole. Yuck yuck. He asked wo ovacados. This time he asked for same thing and it came on firm sub bun. The meats looked and tasted odd. And their were no sprouts. The cashier ladie had two piercings on ther bright red nose,piercings going from nose to ear,both sides and some kind of bright red hair. Freaked him out. Poor service also. I would Usually recommend yall but not these last two times. Please train your employees and put someone on front desk to look normal. Alot of customer see that and get thrown off and won't return. Please please get this in check so I can feel comfortable returning. Thank u. R. Arnold. June 25. Don't k iw time. Maybe around 3. 4.
