I live just down the street from this location. I'd walked there at 8:30 p.m., with the hopes of getting dinner. I walked in the dining room to be greeted by the manager rudely screaming at me from the back of the kitchen that the dining room was closed and that I'd have to use the drive though. Because I'd walked, I obviously couldn't go to the drive through. I explained that I'd walked there, with her response being a rude 'drive through only'. This is the second instance of that manager being rude to staff and customers that I've witnessed. I strongly suggest the other KFC location on Telegraph road. To be (a little) fair, the posted hours DID say the dining room closed one hour before the store closed, in small letters. I won't go to this location again.

Manager is extremely rude to staff and customers. Screamed at a trainee for ringing up my order incorrectly. They close an hour before their posted hours. The KFC on Telegraph is far better, spend the few extra minutes to drive there instead.

Went and bought KFC for the first time in years I had to wait 15 minutes for my food was made to pull around when I got home after my five minute drive after receiving my food. Everything was super cold. We bought one of the chocolate cakes itās frozen. Will never eat at this location again

Had the friendliest, most polite kid at the drive through, first and foremost most important, thank you! Bought two KFC bowls, one to take to my 82 year old mother. She loved it. They were amazing. Only reason I didn't market 5 is the prices are so high anymore. Always look for a coupon before going here. $15. For two bowls. Seems like a lot. Maybe it's just me? Anyway,would recommend this food. And the workers were friendly.

Ordered food at 5:03 pm two simple meals a 3 piec crispy, and a 12 piece nugget. It is now 5:36 and I am still waiting. It does not take 30+minutes to make chicken nuggets unless they butchering them in the back like really. Lady next to me ordered 1 crispy breast and waited 20 minutes for 1 piece of chicken

They wonāt let you change your childās diaper in the bathrooms. I tried to take my sons dirty clothes to the car and someone came out and made sure to REMIND US NOT TO USE THEIR RESTROOM . Said we were asked not to when we werenāt even welcome in or spoken to. And had a worker follow us out to tell us not to use the restroom again. We eat there almost every time weāre in town. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst KFC ever. Placed an online order and still waited 20 minutes for the food. Ordered 8 pieces mixed and received all dark meat. When I called to let them know the teenager stayed in ācame through as all darkā on their end. She said there was nothing she could do about it and snottily suggested I request a refund online. Thereās not an option for a refund request or complaint in the app. The chicken we did receive was cold inside and greasy on the outside. Staff there obviously needs customer service training. Avoid this location at all costs!

Asked young lady if I could get a large side with my combo. Was simply told no and offered no options. When I got my bag of food finally after 18 minute wait, there was no silverware for my mash potatoes. Togo order
