We didn't even get to order food at this location. We are from out of state. We were traveling back home and still had 3 hours to get there. We stopped at this location to eat some dinner. We walked in. The MANAGER working there on 3/28/2025 at around 6:30pm - 7pm was standing outside in the parking lot talking. We both were able to use the bathroom and no one at the counter inside was serving us. (We waited more than 10 mins and no one took our order!) It was a little busy but not crazy, the employees inside were rude and had bad attitudes, but I probably would too if my manager was outside talking instead of working and helping the employees who were busy. Anyway we left, and told the manager to get inside and work. He was very unprofessional and rude and told us to leave. We will NEVER stop back at this location again and we are in the area quite often. The customer service here sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is probably best KFC I've ever had! The little lady who's ALWAYS our cashier there is amazing... never flustered. You get EVERYTHING you ordered. Sauces as well! This is the location we always go to. Keep it up!

I was the only car in line, so service was quick. However as I was at the window they allowed a car to sit unanswered until I pulled away. I requested fries to be fresh and well done, the fries I got were Luke warm at best. Chicken fingers were rubbery like they had been sitting a long time. Building definitely needs work outside, there's quite a bit of crumbling concrete.

I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. Several customers that came in after I did received their orders while I waited. First the cashier said were waiting on tenders, then nuggets, then biscuits. Next time I will go to the Telegraph location.

The chicken was so dry it was hard to chew and had no flavor, the batter was so thick..The prices that they charge for that food is just ridiculous. The quality is not there! Not going there again!! Yuk!
The workers got my order wrong 2 times. The first they forget the beverage, the second time back to the counter forget the chicken, By the time they got the correct order I was served food that was not fresh and had sat under the warmers way too long. No one should have to go back to the counter multiple times to get one simple order correct. They should have given me a refund, but I didn't want to deal with these employees any longer.

Ordered from here because I'm getting 10 spicy nuggets for free. They told me that the app messed up and didn't log it correctly. Instead of making a regular happy they refusing to give it to me, they just made a fuss about it and were rude. There's a bunch of KFC's around here. Why would I come to this one? At this point you guys need to check with your employees. That was unacceptable we will take all these reviews down if you make it right

The workers got my order wrong 2 times.
