This KFC is hands down the worst one I've ever been to. Even when they're not busy they can't get your order right and when they are busy you'll see there for 30-45 min waiting for food. Was there today and ordered tender meals for my wife and kids and I got 3 piece big box extra crispy....wasn't extra crispy and when brought to the girl at the counters attention she told me it is, that's how the extra crispy looks....I got home and I guess I should have checked all the meals before I left but they didn't give me all my sides and not to mention it was $50 for food that is just nasty....never again will I step foot in this KFC and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone ever

Sooo... when preparing our order... the chick drops my chicken tender box on the ground. (Approx. 4:25 pm) THEN proceeds to pick them up, Put them in a new box, and hand them right to me. I'm pretty sure there's some sort of food service violation there. Gross. Oh... and our fries were kind of old and stale. Not sure if I'll ever come here again.

I waited over 35 mins for my orders that never came. I left and got gas and came back and still no orders. These people are very very rude and they look very dirty! A couple of the workers look very unclean amd greasy hair and the attitude from them makes it worse. I asked for a manager and was the rudest people. The ended up telling me to leave if I didnt like how it was going, so I did. Never never again. The shittiest customer service around town!!!

First thing when you walk in it's dirty and then the staff is nothing but a bunch of clueless teenagers who just stand around staring at the ceiling. Instead of putting orders together and after standing for 35 minutes and not getting my food, I asked for a refund and then the manager who is just as dirty. Looking as the rest of the establishment wants to smart off and say, oh well, we're busy. Well hire people that actually want to work, not just staying around staring at the sky. Waiting for the food to make itself. This place is a joke and I would strongly recommend going somewhere else

this store is horrible, give us someone else's order, then acts like it's our fault, tells us we can pick up our order which has been sitting there for 20 minutes, and they still git the order wrong, and now won't answer their phones, food was cold, chicken was not what we wanted...I don't u destiny, it's not that hard to pack up an order correctly!!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the sauced nuggets. They were barely edible! The texture didn't even seem like real chicken! I was so disappointed. I'm a fan of their extra crispy chicken and chicken sandwich, but the nuggets are awful!! Wendy's and Applebee's are much better.
