My boyfriend and I ordered chicken tenders, they were so overcooked that my boyfriend couldn't eat it at all because he doesn't have teeth. Most places the chicken is tender, not overcooked stringy chicken chunks like at this KFC. The chicken looked abosouly nothing like the picture on the menu, it was way darker and way smaller pieces, it was the worst experience I've had with KFC, and I'm not going back anytime soon. I could barely eat the one piece that I choked down, I was very disappointed and went home and made Mac and cheese from the box.

Haven’t been to kfc in years and won’t be coming back. Drive thru person was nice but food right as we were pulling out tasted old and nasty. Fries very over salted and tasted as if they’d been sitting out. Chicken tasted the same. The only thing good was the biscuit. Wish I had read reviews before going. Waste of $18 unfortunately

Every time we go to order pot pies they don't have any. They're even advertised extra for the holidays. So tonight I had to settle for meal which I wasn't really wanting at a higher cost. On top of that had to wait 10 minutes in line for one car ahead of me. Monroe KFC is horrible

Great damn 👏 👌 chicken!! The lady at the front desk was so wonderful an nice!!! The food came out in literally se onds it was like damn!!! I turned around d to put my babby down an it was done!!! Plus the service was so exceptional you'd think you were at your families 🏠!!! This place has very much well stepped up their game!!! I freaking love it!!!

Terrible service and staff was very unprofessional
Service was apathetic but ok. Food was awful. Breading was slimy and had sloughed off the chicken. The potato wedges were cold and rubbery. The potato salad and biscuits were as expected. Chicken went in the bin, with the apathetic service at order I'm sure a complaint would fall in deaf ears.

The entire lobby was flooded no one cleaning it up, people were wanting 45 minutes or more for their food because they had no chicken cooked at 530pm. They again didn't give me my complete order. This is the second time in a month that happened. Won't be back for a while

does this place even clean anything?? first I went to the women’s restroom, which was clogged full with feces and paper towels, so I decided to use the men’s restroom instead because it’s a single bathroom anyways. it’s even dirtier than the women’s!! pretty sure that’s dried blood all over the sink and it was also on the hand sanitizer machine. just plain filthy. doesn’t take much to wipe down surfaces and mop a little bit. I had already eaten my food but if I didn’t, I would have went and taken my food back and asked for a refund because if the PUBLIC bathrooms are that nasty, how bad is the kitchen that the food is being prepared and cooked in? 🤮

If you’re gonna charge $60 for 3 people to eat you should make sure they get what they ordered. It’s not rocket science. And it’s NOT filet mignon. Why so much??? Gouge much??? We ordered 13 pieces and got 7., most the size of a walnut. So disappointed. And hungry.
