Hi this is Tanya Smith I went to I went to Cafe today and I had the classic crispy chicken sandwich and it has and it has a crispy chicken and pickles and it was pretty good and then and and then they have Apple they have apple poppers and they're new and I just had them and they're very crispy they're the crust is flaky and and it was good and and I recommend you to try them they come in four they come in 10 and I think that those are the only choices but they have many boxes of of stuff you can get like crispy chicken with combo crispy chicken without so on and so forth and and it was very clean and it had a very and they even brought the food out to you so that's pretty cool

Every time I do the app for a certain time I go in to pick up “ we will put you in line” it’s never ready. I have 3 grandchildren waiting with me. So I called them and explained he said my order would be ready. I go in “we will put your order in line” of course I was upset. The man at the counter told me “don’t come back” when I turned around he said “ during dinner” I told him I won’t ever be back! I called KFC on S Dixie they were amazing

27 minutes from the time stamp on receipt finally received my food, after being told to park and they would bring it out.. after 15 minutes I went inside to get refund and the " manager" claimed my order was being finished....12 minute's later I was handed a $46 bag of food that should've never been served...Shame on all 8 employees watching 3 people work and shame on whoever is in charge of management!!!!Never again will I get robbed from this location

Didnt have the new menu item ready the wraps weren't unthawed after I already paid and that's fine but they offered me something else I said I'd rather just have a refundWell that was $18 that never got refunded they never gave me a recipe for the refund and twice now I called it's been over a week and the manager was super rude about it and said he couldn't do anything after I asked to talk to someone about him he then said well if u find your recipe u can bring it up here n go from thereI'm sure I can find the recipe regardless look it up I can give the day and time but instead he choose to be rude and lazyCustomer service and hard work or bare minimum working seems to just be non existent anymore seems like anyone can get a job these days u just have to show up n even then

I went in for a job interview today, I got there early, so I read my book and at 1:45 pm ( my interview was at 1:30 pm) I went to the counter and asked the female employee if I was going to have my interview, she got rude with me and went to the back to get the manager. I didn't even want to bother at that point, so I got my coat and left. If their willing to be rude to customers, they'll most likely be willing to be rude to coworkers. My best advice is to not even bother. Apply somewhere else.

I got stuck in the drive thru for 25 min and I was mad. I wrote the company while I was waiting. Got up there and the fellow was very apologetic. They called me a few days later for a follow up to my complaint with free food. The guy on the phone was also very nice. Good people working there. Also the food was
