I usually prefer this store to the city one because it is quieter and less crowded. However, I was treated very rudely today while in the store. The young lady bagging the groceries was rude and very disrespectful. I hope she was just “having a bad day,” and this isn’t how she normally acts. If you don’t like you job you should find another one. You should be very glad I didn’t call a manager over after the way you acted. I hope this is a lesson for you. You better wise up and adjust your attitude miss.
Customer service is not good and Supervisor does not respect workers and very bad service
This store sucks! Try some service.
One of the best stocked, staffed Kroger's I have been to in a long time. Wish all the stores in Ann Arbor area were half what this store was.
Produce is hit or miss, deli service is amazing, great selection of most things!
A peaceful shopping experience.
Nice store, priced are definitely higher than other stores.
Love this smaller storeHome town charm
Just did a cleaning all good
Purchased two things that were bad here. Hummus with a month left on the best by date, white mold specks on the hummus inside the sealed container. Protein shake I usually get other places, sour spoiled taste. What is going on at this place? Makes me distrust the way they store/handle their products. Watch out for the botulism.

Not enough employees
I grabbed what I came for and some other items. The digital coupons actually work for me rather easily today. Usually when I go in here it's a challenge and I don't get why coupons can't just come off for less tech savvy people. Great deal on pies and bacon!
Great job, Kroger , trying to give someone food poisoning?
I shop here as a matter of convenience since I live 5 minutes away but the pricing at this store has just gotten out of hand. I don't mind paying a few dollars more for that convenience but some items are priced $4-5 dollars more than the same brand and count you would find at Walmart or Meijer. Produce is half rotten most of the time and if the lemons get any smaller, they will be sour grapes. The meat selection and quality is very poor. Moved back to Michigan a year ago and always loved Kroger but driving the extra 15 minutes to Monroe saves me a half tank of gas. Do your math as tonight I saved $6 buying two 4 cup bags of shredded Cheddar over the 8 cup bag...
