Absolutely horrible. Waited 40 minutes for my pizza after the cashier told me 15-20. I told her I will be siting in the chair and I was waiting while other people came in and out. I went up and asked another cashier and he said “Oh looks like your order has been done” they left my food sitting for a while. Never go here terrible food and terrible service!

We got the thin crust and it was good but lil under cooked ...also got a cheese pizza again could have went stayed in oven tad longer ... we got 2 breadsticks which I Always have to get xtra butter and parmesan or there is literally nothing on them ..all in all it was ok 🤷‍♀️

Normally, I'm a fan of LC but my last couple experiences have been foul. Both times I ordered the puffs. The first time, I was 5 minutes away and when I got there, they were already in the pickup portal. I left and before I got 2 miles away I grabbed one out. I was expecting to need to blow on it and take little bites while hoping to not singe my taste buds but noooo... they were far from hot. I knew instantly they'd pulled them from the already made ones and slapped a sticker that they were fresh on them. I should have gone back but I was in a rush to get home.

The other day, I thought I'd try again. This time I pulled in the parking lot right in front of the door before I ordered. I would have just walked in but I had a coupon for online. I put that I'd pay in the store and as soon as I sent it thru I walked in the store. I watched as the guy walked up, checked the already made ones and yelled to the back that he had both... of MINE! I watched him toss them on the counter where they finish the orders and walk away. I told the cashier mine were sitting there. At that point the original guy walked back over and printed the stickers that say they're fresh made and stuck them on them. I yelled back to him that I was glad my puffs were FRESH MADE! He had at least enough decency to show a hint of "oh crap" on his face when he asked if they were mine and I told him yes. Since I'd have walked in and grabbed ready made ones if not for my coupon, I didn't insist that I'd wait while they made fresh ones. At least this time they were hot.

This place never answers the phones hardly at all and they wont answer the phone passed 9pm when they close at 10pm. There is never no such thing as a hot and ready either. When you go into the store to order its always full of people waiting arounf forever becasue they dont answer the phones so the only way is to walk in. Not to mention the staff is mostly very rude young high school kids you have no customer service skills at all. One employee told me she dont answer the phone becasue she dont need to get stressed out. Stressed out over taking a pizza order cmon. Why is she at work if she cant properly perform her main functions at a pizza place...taking orders. If I could give a 0 star I would

Beware when ordering for delivery, if you don't receive your item you will only get a partial refund that will take up to 12 business days, and it will be a phone process. They go through Doordash (oh boy).

Not sure how that is legal, but I didn't receive an item, called the store which was automated, made me go through a loop of hitting numbers, then takes me to a call center that had me waiting 25 minutes. The person proceeds to tell me there's nothing he can do other than give me a 15% refund. So, the driver "forgot" my item, and little caesars doesn't take full responsibility?

They go through Doordash for their deliveries, and the photo taken clearly shows my missing item was not in the photo. It was only a few bucks, but it's the fact of the matter. I don't like being stolen from, and I know nobody else would like that either. Just wanted to let anybody know, in case they don't receive an item they paid for.

I'm tired of you guys taking away the zap pack. That's probably the best thing about you guys. Service was good in this location pizza could of been better especially since I asked for well done and it looks like it was pulled out the oven early.

Ordered ahead on the app, paid extra for a pepperoni pizza simply because I wanted it “custom” with lite sauce and WELL DONE, and after waiting for 40 minutes finally get my order and get home to find this. This looks undercooked let alone well done. Did not even try to fulfill the request and now it’s inedible because I cannot eat cheese that isn’t cooked well done. Ridiculous, will never return after this horrible experience.

So irritated I ordered pizza from here they asked if I wanted a pop with my order I asked. What pops do you have cold cause they never do. They said Pepsi and mountain dew I said Pepsi. My son went to the store and they have only diet Pepsi unless he wanted warm pepsi with the pizza. I tried calling to see what was going on. No one answered the phone. They should've took off the price of the Pepsi but of course they didn't. They wouldn't even give him the choice of taking the pop off. They just said u can take the warm Pepsi or cold diet. I wont be going back here.

Service was great, pizza was terrible. Do I ever complain 🤔 umm no!! I'm just tired of paying for food products and them being down right nasty. The quality is reprehensible to say the least. Dry, hard as a rock, can't even cut it & cold. Do better people !!!! Disgusting 🫣
