Ordered 3.5 hours before estimated pickup.... when i stopped in at time they said it would be 35 to 40 min... i was at bottom of list..even though i saw 4 people order befoee me in line and they were placed before me... online ordering is a joke here and no sorry said... again, total disrsgard for online order and pickup time... as they dont even look at this at this location.. very frustrated with their lack of systems, and lack of customer service

Always order online like the workers suggest, NEVER on-time like the app tells u it's ready, pull up then gotta wait another 20 minutes like they gave ur PRE-ORDER out to a hot n ready customer. Pizza poorly cut. Making it difficult to share with a large family

This place has dramatically got worse over the last few months. Every time I order when it's time to pick up I get told it's just going on the oven, that it will be 20-25 mins, then I go back and told another 10 then another 10. The last wait for 2 cheese pizzas and 2 breads from order to pick up was a total of 2 hours. I used to order at least every other week from here, I'll now be going some where else.

Eccellente! Por Favor! This place reminds me of my favorite local Italian pizza place in NYC, and it took just under 2 hours to make this awesome pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, crazy to me how good it was so it was worth the wait!

6pm on a Wednesday after work I stopped in and ordered a couple of pizzas for my family and after waiting 20 mins I go back in to get my order first thing I noticed when I was waiting was one of their employees in the far back drinking a tall boy of Red white and blue smiroff. Then I asked for a receipt and they had a attitude and told me they couldn't give me one due them not knowing how to replace a new roll. when I got home the pizza's was so under cooked it was doughy I had to re cooked in my oven. The whole experience was awful!

My order was $30.71. all I had was a $50 and they couldn't accept it. Who doesn't accept money?! I go get the $50 changed out to 2 $20's and one $10. They then took my total down to $27 so I gave the guy $30. He then told me he had to count my change back in NICKLES!!!!!! I decided to go with the Monroe location because the browns towns location was an hour wait. Little Caesars, you have got to get it together. All your locations are absolutely terrible.
