The custard tasted good but for the price of the pecan sundae I would have expected at least whipped cream. I think it was around $8. And I'm not sure what the owner meant when they replied you were at Lucy's Frozen Custard. I know I was, that's what I was reviewing.

Walked up to grab some ice cream. The inside of the facility smelled so bad myself and the party with me could smell it from standing outside. It smelled like foul milk. When we walked up to the window, it was about 45 minutes before they closed. We asked for flurries but were told no because they had cleaned the machine already and weren’t going to make anymore for the night. 45 minutes before you even close…?

the last 2 times I had a bad experience but this last took the cake. We pull up to get 3 small banana shakes. There's 3 people in line with my husband and no one is there so people start leaving.. so finally they pop put from the back and the girls says they aren't getting "blah blah blah cause I'm not cleaning blah blah blah" and my husband says nevermind and the guy working was like no it's fine I'll make it. I don't get why you are working at and ice cream stand at 630 at night if you don't wanna do your job? she was rude and unprofessional. unsure if it's the new ownership or the people they hire.

We recently moved to the Monroe area from Wyandotte. We never thought we'd find anywhere like Bob-Jo's but Lucy's might be even better! I got a Reese's cup Flurry, made with chocolate custard and it was thick and every bite had chunks of candy in it! That's rare! Thanks so much for becoming our new go-to custard shop.

My friend tried going there today but was completely ignored by the only girl working there. They stood at the window waiting for 5 minutes and even though she looked up at them, she never got up to serve them. Absolute awful customer service.

We've always loved Danny's and now under new management we still love it. The staff has been friendly and inviting, quick to get orders out. Be sure to bring the fur babies, they have pup cups!
