Ordered off of the kiosk when I finally selected order. It said that could not pay at that kiosk to hit for receipt to pay at front. I heard the receipt machine go, but no receipt went to pay and explain what was going on. Waited for 10 minutes for a person. Then, they finally came to the front counter. After seeing me stand there and then they asked me what I ordered when I started to explain the order, and they're like, oh we don't see it. I'm done this place has the worst service. There was people in the back cussing. People standing around more worried about somebody's birthday.This mcdonald's has been nothing but a crap show for the last year or more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCATION IVE BEEN TO!!!! Everyone is always extremely happy, fast, accurate and efficient. I never leave dissatisfied; not once. The night team is wonderful and I look forward to seeing the crew. I cannot see myself having a better experience at any other location. Management picked the most wonderful nighttime crew. Fries an hour before close? Hot and fresh. Ice cream machine always functioning, smoothies come out on the money every time, quarter pounders (which quality of cook varies by location WILDLY) are always juicy and hot, nuggets are crisp and hot, and chicken sandwiches are always built with care. This location is very clean which cannot be said for every location. I just genuinely hope one day all day breakfast comes back I will pray every day until god answers my prayers 🙏. Shoutout to my night crew homies who always make my experience outstanding. ❤️❤️

This location loves to have you pull around to curbside to wait for your food and then forget about you. I don't think I've ever actually gotten food from here. I just pay for it and they end up driving away because they literally never give you your food

I come to your McDonald's everyday for a lg coke and maybe 3 to 4vs a week for dinner. Well today yall were really busy but I wanted a coke lol so I waited 15 mins in drive thru line to order by time i got to the speaker I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken meal and was asked too park around the corner after I paid, I did and waited another 5 to 7 mins only to get fries that were cold and very very salty, just ridiculous! My chicken barely had mayo with a tiny tiny tomato on it and maybe 6 pieces of shredded lettuce not to mention the bottom bun was burnt and so hard. Tried calling the store 4xs with no answer. As if prices aren't high enough but to pay that and it be nasty. Come on people do better

When i went to the drive through, the lady said something on the intercom and i did not hear her because it was pouring down rain. When i asked her to repeat herself she did but she had an attitude. I told her I wanted a six piece nugget meal and she asked if i wanted the regular meal or the kids meal and I said the regular. I then get my food from a separate lady. I accidentally didn’t pull up close enough to the window and the woman visibly had an attitude. I understand how that may have been an inconvenience for her and i tried to apologize but she was still rude. I only got one of the drinks that i had ordered instead of two. I was asked to pull up at spot 1. Another girl comes out and i tell her i am missing a drink. She goes back inside and comes back out and asks to see my bag. She goes back in and then comes out again and says that i would have to come inside while its pouring down rain, and pay for my drink because they don’t give out free drinks. The girl that came out to me was really nice and apologetic. But the other two were rude.

I ordered my food..then they tell to pull ahead in a spot to wait for my food. .all spots filled..still waiting for 3 sandwiches...they tell 2 park in handicap spot. Not organized at this place e..at all.
Poor management! Customer service has been horrible the past couple months. Continuously messing up orders. I placed an online order and waited 30 minutes and still no food so I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere.

They always take great care of me whenever I come in. I used to go across town because the accuracy here wasn’t up to par. this has no longer been the case for several months now. I love the staff here and they are INCREDIBLE! Retain this staff they show a genuine care for the products they provide every time I stop by. Thanks guys!
