Came in today to dine in with my son and my husband didn't want to use the kiosk cuz all I had to do was cash so I waited at the register for like 10 minutes with everyone just staring at us and said is anyone going to take my order and they continue just to stare at me so I looked at my husband and my son and said let's just go since I don't want to help us they don't need our money you guys really need to up your auntie on customer service like I understand you have the keys to use but some people don't want to deal with that touch screen bulshit they want to deal with actual people and make sure their orders right

Walked in with like 4 mins until the lobby was suppose to be closed. No complaining. Was 2 bucks short on my order. Guy behind the counter covered it for me. Drive thru was packed and come to find out that there was only 3 of them working in the kitchen. Idc what people sat killed it.

This place is horrible any more have to pull over no matter what you order 2 6 piece nuggets took 10 min I was made to pull over with 2 other cars and two behind me all 4 got served before me pitiful fast food it isn't and then the scariest looking worker served me i thought they had dress codes I guess not . New worst McDonald's in Monroe not sure what happened they use to be the best wont be returning

They literally pulled five cars. We ordered two McDoubles, a chicken Sandwhich, and two large fries. We waited for over 10 minutes to have someone go car by car having people dig around in the bags to find their orders. They think they have the infrastructure of a chik-fil-a but all they had was some poor young man with a basket. But hey, if you’re a doordasher they have your food hot, fresh, and fast. While ours was soaked.

This place gave me a mocha frappe that looked like someone was drinking it before they gave it to me. I asked for no whip cream but because I did they didn't fill it where they should. It's like they left room for the whipped cream that's invisible.

Was told to pull ahead they were waiting on fresh fries I asked about how long she then came back to the windows with cold food. What was I waiting on fresh fries for if they was just gonna serve me all cold food. Then I call the manager to ask why they did that and she hung up on me. Update: Went there today to see if I would see a change my food was cold and nasty I asked to get fresh fries the manager threw them in a brown paper bag with the box on top upset that I complained... this business has gone to he'll it should be shut down

Since when does the Filet-O-Fish only get 1/2 of a slice of cheese? I even had to wait 3 extra minutes at the "3rd window" because it was a fresh Filet. You charge extra for anything, yet give no discount when I remove something (thanks Culver's!)

UPDATE: 11/18/2024 McCrispy is more like McCRAPPY! Lowered from 3 to 2 stars. I paid $0.50 for that sneeze worth of mayo and this chicken has no crisp at all.
