Stopped for a late lunch - tried those new chicken strips - don't know what they were but it didn't taste like chicken - it was moist and overbreaded though

When in this morning to order a steak egg and cheese biscuit the lady seen me standing there for about 15 minutes she did 20 other things and then when I finally decided to speak up and asked if I could place an order she had a serious attitude and told me I was going to have to wait because she had a huge mess so I walked out

Placed mobile order so food would be ready as I only get a 20 minute lunch break. Pull into one of their curbside pickup spots and check in. After 5-7 minutes of nobody bringing the food out, we call inside only to be told “they don’t even have curbside”, it doesn’t show that we checked in on their end and we need to check in but that’s no longer an option on the app as we already have! Go inside and now they are making us repay and wait for our food again because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible service.
