Another drive thru experience where no napkins are included!?! Seriously? Should I also make sure my vehicle has ketchup so you can save a little more money by not providing something else?

When in this morning to order a steak egg and cheese biscuit the lady seen me standing there for about 15 minutes she did 20 other things and then when I finally decided to speak up and asked if I could place an order she had a serious attitude and told me I was going to have to wait because she had a huge mess so I walked out
