Waiting inside is terrible, if you dont go to drive thru they forget about you You'll wait 20min+ this have happened 3 times, and managers have been made aware. I've asked for a refund 3 time and will not go to this one again. Recommend going to the drive thru

Took 30 min for a mobile order pickup. Nobody ever at the counter to even let them know the order was missing half the food. Had to yell for someone to come back up front after checking the contents of my order. No apology, just attitude. This mcdonalds used to be great, it's now the worst. There is ZERO customer service in place at this location and the poor management makes it look like everyone is running around chasing their tails. Watched numerous customers walk in with drive thru order issues while I was waiting for my own order. Because of how long my order took, by the time it was given to me the food was cold too. The place is not short staffed either, too many people running around in circles not having any guidance.

I recently ordered food on Door Dash from this location. Holy hell it was colder than a dead man’s foot. Like come on y’all got one job put food in a fryer and hit a timer. It’s all automated in the kitchen at McDonald’s. It ain’t rocket science for Christ sake. That’s just pure laziness on the staff at this location. Food was clearly sitting there all night. Stale nuggets and fries colder than the North Pole. Big Mac was more like a brick Mac. Also you won’t hear back from any manager or anybody this is a Franchised location they can give a shit what you have to say. Best thing to do is stop going to this location.

Got the order wrong twice. Waited until my order was handed to me to tell me that my drink wasn't available. To choose something else. Well food got cold waiting for my replacement. Did not put the sauce in the bag. These mistakes are very common at this McDonald's
Mobile ordering is a joke at this store! I work in town once a week and no matter how far in advance I order and tap “I’m already here.” My food is never ready and I still stand and wait at least 10 minutes for my food. I’ve been late twice having waited over 15 minutes in the past and not being able to cancel without contacting thru the app. Here I stand once again and now no one can find my ticket or order…this worker has tried to hand me the wrong food twice. Then walks up to me and tells me they can’t find my order anywhere and wants me to repeat back to her everything that I ordered and my customizations just for another worker to come out of the back hollering my name with my order in her hand, still not made correctly. I check caramel drizzle three times and Pay $.75 extra for caramel because they never put my caramel on the cup but a tiny little bit, and no matter how many times I check caramel or how much I pay for it. They still don’t put a bunch of caramel on there they put barely any at all. Employees can’t find orders, they obviously can’t read, they are rude, and they never have anything together. This is definitely my last visit to this location.
** I had to return to this review, just to solidify the fact that I won’t be back because when I reached in the bag and grabbed my sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle….. It was literally just two pancake buns no sausage no egg and no cheese. These people are incompetent and lazy and want $18 an hour.
