This Mc Donalds use to be the best place ever now it's absolute trash. We waited for 15 minutes just for some dumb fries and a cheese burger. Just go to Burger king atleast they actually have common sense and they don't mess up. This is a drive thru not a sit for ever thru. I do not recommend this Mc Donalds. Also is it really hard to give us some freaking napkins, BECAUSE I KNOW YOU HAVE PLENTY IN THERE.

Ordered on the app, pull in and it won’t let me select that we have arrived so we go to the drive though. I have to pull up my email to find the code Give them the code and we are told that the order was picked up already. They tried to act like we picked it up and were now back to get it again. Literally took 20 minutes for us to get COLD food. I had the proof in the app and in my email that I did in fact place an order. We pull up to the second window and they have no idea what we are getting. So we hand over the reprinted receipt and then get said COLD food. No credit, no we are so sorry WE made a mistake not you. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location now.

Ordered carry out through the app. Food was brought to my car. All three meals I ordered were messed up. One of the combos was missing the fries. The other combo meal had fries but was only about 3/4 filled. The happy meal was missing the toy. The store wasn't very busy at the time, so other than lack of attention I cant see any excuse for all the mistakes.

This review is for the employee named Kevin at this location, Kevin is the greatest service worker I have ever met, he is always nice, and sincere and full of energy. He always serves with a smile and makes it fun to stop by every now and then. Kevin easily deserves a raise or even promotion, he’s the bomb! Lol

This used to be a decent location not sure what happened. Several months ago I went through here and got 2 meals and cookies and the cookies were missing after they had me pull forward. It took 30+ minutes to receive the cookies and by the time I did the rest of my food was ice cold.

Fast forward to today, I ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. The woman at the first window was mildly irritated for whatever reason. I get my order at the second window and pulled forward to check my bag to make sure everything was there. I opened the bag and felt that my fries weren’t even close to hot. I circled around through the drive thru again and asked for fresh fries because the ones I received were cold and limp. I gave the 2 fries I didn’t want back to the employee at the second window. I watched one of his coworkers grab the fries and immediately start eating them, while still in the area where customer orders were being prepared. The manager looked back at me from the window as if I wasn’t supposed to see that. It should never take 20+ minutes to receive a mobile order. The employee attitudes are ridiculous. I asked nicely and they acted like I was acting for so much. I don’t get it.
