They always screw up my order. Spent 45 minutes waiting on a mobile order only for them to mess up the order and several items were missing. Figured I'd give them another shot. Been here 30 minutes and they forgot several items again. Go to another location. They're a mess

I went here on March 12th,15,23, everything was pretty much ok except all 3 visits their blue slushy machine was down. Also the wait has gotten a bit better but still terrible.

This has been the second time we have been to the McDonald's on telegraph road in Monroe. The first time the 20 pc nuggets and fries were old and inedible. Again today and it's been around the same time around 2 am, we asked for fresh fries and chicken nuggets. They definitely didn't deliver on that AGAIN!!

It's a McDonalds...no more, and no less. And it had wi fi I needed for work. So, take it for what it's worth. Nothing to make it stand out either way.
