Monica herself fulfilled an (almost) lifetime dream!
Working in polish-dominated Hamtramk, MI, I fell in love with paczki. Moving to Belleville MI, working in Toledo, I needed to find REAL paczki - that pseudo-paczki-junk at Kroger/Meijer is a jelly bismark.
Monica makes real paczki. I've gone there from Traverse City since retiring in 2017- on trips to two Monroe fundraisers falling close to Fat Tuesday.
The banquets fell 10 days away on either side of Fat Tuesday this...
I just wanna say I order 2 birthday cakes from Monica's and they were the best cakes I've ever ordered they were so moist,the frosting is perfect and the designs are top tier I couldn't be any more happier and the staff is always so respectful, polite, and just amazing all around I definitely recommend Monica's whoever is looking for a baker they do everything you can think of and their prices are the best prices around,
I've had several donuts over the last few weeks, found out about them from friends. It's worth the trip, even if it's for donuts. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of their confections!
