Best establishment that I have seen in a long time compared to other locations in Tennessee, Chicago and various parts of Michigan

The sandwiches were seriously delicious especially the bagel. We were pleasantly surprised Wendy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and the drink station as well. We will definitely be returning to this location and we will recommend to others.

Bread bowl is sourdough!
Just not worth the $22. It was measly sized food.

Have been there two times to get a loaf of tomato basil bread and first time they had no bread at all to buy. The manager was very nice and apologetic. The second time the kiosk had the bread listed for sale so I went thru and purchased it and a few other items and went to pick up and the manager Hope was not nice or apologetic she basically told me she had a loaf but might need it for the line so I could not have it and if I wanted bread I need to order it three days ahead of time. They are a bread store? Before they moved to this location I bought bread once a week walking in.

I miss the old Panera bread building this one just isn’t the same. It’s smaller and don’t have as much privacy now. Tables are to close together. The old one was so much better!

I went in to grab a white cheddar steak sub and they GOT RID OF IT :( the staff there was wildly helpful. I was incredibly difficult, and they were so happy the whole time. They actually helped me customize a sandwich to make it as close as possible to my fav sub. It’s not the same but it’s darn good. best panera i’ve been to so far and i’ve been to several across different states. The entire staff here is worthy of a raise, and whatever they are being paid is not enough!
Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility is up to par. A double wide door is available as a secondary entrance, there is ample room inside to move about, and curb access is new and in good condition. Those with accessibility tools should have more than enough room to navigate the restaurant and exterior.

I haven’t been to Panera in a while, and I had no idea that they had eliminated a bunch of favorites. We ended up getting a plain bagel and the only two options for cream cheese was plain and honey walnut. I won’t even go into all that, but the service through the drive-through was extremely unenthusiastic and, I don’t have any reason to go back there .
