The staff was pleasant and responsive. The baked goods changed again. Earlier this they changed the cinnamon rolls from the light yeasty flavorful traditional ones to what I call large refrigerated rolls. Today the muffins were reduced in size and only the blueberry version was available. The others are discontinued. At least that is what I was told.

I usually like Panera, but their new rules with drinks have made it annoying to eat here. They took away the charged lemonades, and now they took away the cups. I can no longer pour my own drink. It's so stupid. Apparently Panera thinks all their customers are children or just plain idiots.

Appalling! Worst restaurant in Monroe MI! Everything here is based of hear say mine as well be a school cafeteria the foods not far off. The staff is literally a bunch grown woman who have nothing better to do than talk about and create drama! Food poisoning because the place is disgusting and the kids throw food around for fun! Someone needs to look into this Panera it’s absolutely trash staff included!
