I'm a long haul trucker. On Sunday, Jan 31, 2021, My truck broke down between Exit 10 and 11 on i75 NB. I ran out of food. UberEats was down due to Pandemic. I called all restaurants and pizza shops near Monroe, MI. They all refused to deliver to a rest area on an Interstate except Papa John's Pizza. Delivery driver was courteous. Next day (Today) I'm at Kenworth Toledo. I ordered from PizzaHut on Summit St in Toledo. To be honest, Pizza Hut tasted much better, had more toppings on. That being said, I can't thank Papa John enough for bringing food when I was starving to death. Also, the lady on phone was very polite, courteous and understanding. I don't know how I would've stayed hungry all night. If I'm too hungry for long, I get really dizzy and faint. Thank you Papa John for great customer service and helping me when I needed the most. I'd love to visit your restaurant and even make donations gladly.

If you are ordering over the phone for delivery with doordash then your driver will not be tipped. PLEASE ORDER THROUGH THE DOORDASH APP so your driver can be tipped because sometimes they are driving far out of their way.

I placed an online order for the 2 large 2 topping with breadsticks and a 2 liter but instead I get a pizza with 4 toppings which I did not order and another with 3 toppings I did not order these extra items and the pizza looked like someone sat on them it was terrible and when I talked to someone they said they would not replace it because it was not their mistake and they do not fix online orders your system is all messed up if it gave me all those items and your staff is terrible I will never order here again and I reccomend nobody order from here

I love this location! They are always so kind and courteous when we order. I’m so grateful to have this establishment in my community. The fast and friendly staff at this Papa John’s deserve a big raise! THANK YOU!
The chicken wings were cold and dry from being reheated or stored in the oven all day. The skin was rubbery and looked burnt. It tasted even worse. The pizza, ordered with double cheese, had hardly enough cheese and tasted terriable. I spent almost $50 for food no one would eat. What a waste of money. Never again, uck!

I work with doordash. I swear this place is the slowest pizza place in Monroe they had me waiting outside for 20 minutes after my pick up time. The manager said she's the only one making pizza and she's behind. Well maybe if you get the other 3 lazy fucks in the building to help you wouldn't be behind. Mic drop
