Mac and cheese is about 60-70% unmixed cheddar cheese, not sure why but you only get about 30% noodles, 70% unmixed cheese in a container. It's ridiculous, it's like they drop a few noodles in a bag of shredded cheddar then warm it and serve it that way. Chicken is pretty good, area is usually sticky but tables seem clean

Well for one the crew seems to be angry 24/7 no matter how nice you are. Its basically a 50/50 chance at getting either the best food ever or a stomach bug that'll last for a week. Also the pictures show a stand alone building but its actually attached to a gas/travel station. Kinda misleading when your looking for a stand alone building.

Place is constantly understaffed which puts a huge burden on the employees there. They did good considering the chaos . Food was fresh but slow turnaround but thats ok, I wasn't in a rush but other people were and they were getting pissed off but you can only do so much when you dont have enough people.

called the store because doordash doesn't have full menu and fiance wanted 4pc chicken. Employee said full menu is on popeyes app. Incorrect. They did have a 3pc. Ordered that and a 3pc tender. Received two orders of tenders. receipt reflected correct order yet store messed up. Had to re-order and it cost $24. EXTRA Was told someone would contact me next day and (big surprise-not) no one did. Will NEVER order from here again. THE WORST customer service
it was really busy when I went in today after work however all the employees were working very hard and getting everyone's orders out. The Big guy with the piercings and tattoos was very helpful and nice! I applaud the employees for working through the chaos. Good job.
