Red Lobster

My husband took me out for a birthday dinner and boy did they leave so much to be desired. Our waitress didn't engage with us the way a waitress usually does. We had to track her down to get refills on our drinks, the appetizers came out with the entrees, she didn't even know what came with our meals. And the manager was a whole other story, she was stand offish and didn't seem to want to be there. None of the employees had an sense of urgency and not one of them gave a crap about the customer service they were (or more specifically weren't) giving. We had to ask for our silverware and crab claw crackers, didn't get all of the appetizer (we ordered 6 bacon wrapped scallops and were served 4). It was shameful to say the least and now I know why more to go orders went out than customers coming in to the restaurant to sit and enjoy their meal. There was nothing enjoyable about the experience we just had at Red Lobster and it's a real shame bc this used to be my fave place to have my birthday meal with family. We will either be traveling to another Red Lobster or will just pass on it all together from here on out. Such a disappointment and I will not recommend anyone else have to suffer through the service we just had.

We had a group of 10 for my mom‘s birthday. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our salads and entrées came out very quickly and were all cooked to perfection as ordered. The waitress brought out a special dessert for my mom and lead our group in singing happy birthday. She was wonderful and much appreciated and all of the other staff were smiling and friendly. This restaurant does an excellent job with customer service. So kudos to the management. We will definitely be back.

Rude staff, mediocre food.much better places out there. Try McDonald's instead.

Our waiter, Allen, was very polite. Food was excellent. Probably the best service we have had here in awhile.

The best service... The best food... The best atmosphere! I haven't been to a Red Lobster in over 25 years! My family members wanted to visit this Red Lobster near the park we were at. I am so happy we did! It was a wonderful experience! Ask for "Allen" (in photo) Thank you for a great time!!!

It has been a while since I’ve been to red lobster and I’m glad that we finally made it back. I forgot how much I love the cheddar Bay biscuits! Had such a great lunch and I could not be happier with our server who is so funny and so friendly. Lori Made us feel like she was our only table even though you could tell she was very busy. We will definitely be back soon.
