honestly mostly cause I tried using the bathroom before going, one stall the lock was busted off, the second when you flushed, it soaks the seat, and found vomit in the sink. THEN had diarrhea by the end of the day

The guy doing Carry our literally hung up on me when asking for a manager after waiting on a doordash I was refused on because he refused to give me the food after saying cokin and then asking me if I know english
You can lie all you want your employee was rude as can be to me and 20 min after I left I had you guys blocked from sending me orders anyway. I won't be treated like that just trying to deliver somebody's food. I would NEVER go back in there. There's plenty of other places to deliver food from and I think my 47 5 star reviews on dasher app speaks for itself. Lie all you want your employee is rude as can be and im glad to never deal with rice n shine EVER again. So report me all you want your employee not only hung up on me multiple times for trying to report hum but also rudely asked me if I know English and was generally had a bad attitude. I'm doing just fine without rice n shine

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The front cashier will ignore customers. When asked a question about an order I was picking up, I was told to "not bother him:" I will never give this place any business again.

Been eating here for years even before the name unfresh peppersteak waited and waited for fresh wonton soup never got it no egg rolls except vegetable egg rolls food was old I use to love to eat here with family I just can't believe how down hill this place I cant believe it has 4 stars the only thing good was the sushi it's so sad it use to the best

My boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place at first then quickly that excitement disappeared. The service, no warm welcoming. Just a question of how many people and that’s it. Shrimp was cold, the soup tasted like it was a week old. Tried to give it another time around the buffet, it was just as bad. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before walking in the door. I don’t see how this place is rated 4 stars. Nothing special about it.
