Incredible pizza. Get the Monroe style. Never had sourdough pizza, but now I prefer it over regular dough. Tons of pepperoni. Friendly staff.

Everything is fresh and made from scratch.
I ordered a cheese pizza with lite sauce. Absolutely Delicious!!! Just enough sauce to make the cheese, olive oil, and oregano shine.
It was my first time visiting the cafe. Tony, the owner, was so very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. He brought out a very tasty special Manchego cheese for us to try while we waited for our pizza. So very good...
Tony is an absolute delight. I could listen to him talk forever about his food and tasty creations.
I'm excited to see any new future items on the menu, as well.
I'll definitely be back!

honestly was so amazing… me and my crew tried a couple of their pastries and they blew our socks off. The service, the pizza, and the sweets = 10s across the board!

The desserts here are REALLY GOOD and the workers are so welcoming. I’ll come back to this place every time I visit Monroe.

Phenomenal pizza. Had a regular pepperoni. Will be getting the parm crust next time. Only thing that would put it at 5 for me would be just a little crispier on top. The crust was so close to perfection. Tasty, crispy and soft at the same time, kinda bubbly. 7.8/10 and that may be on the low end.

The mom & pop shops out there is what make pizza making an art. Royals Mollette proprietor Tony is a master artist for sure. Sourdough crust with parmasean cheese baked into it. It's a thicker crust that somehow has the crunchy we done snap. The Sourdough has dynamic flavor. Generous cheese n toppings,and not over saucey. Can't wait to turn more people on to this place.

We have been in a handful of times for pastries and cheesecake, which is all very good! But we finally tried the pizza today and we’re so glad we did! Monroe style has such a unique crust. All components are great alone, but combine perfectly together for a memorable pizza. Generous with toppings, and well worth the wait! I love the chill atmosphere. You can tell it’s made with love!
