The food was delicious!! With excellent service, the staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The price was really good for all of the food we ate. Ambiance is nice, quiet, clean. I can't wait to eat there again! The shish kabob combo was excellent! The bread you get with the meal is airy and tasty! The cheese bread was delicious and if you like garlic the dipping sauce was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant!! New owners are amazing and gladly answer any questions!!

I had decided to venture out into Monroe today to go look for a baker supply store and was pleasantly pleased to find this literal corner middle of nowhere restaurant. The waitress/hostess though incredibly busy was kind and attentive. Even though she had orders up to her neck she even gave a little attention to my son who was trying out Mediterranean food for the first time. We ordered the Lamb Shish Kofta lunch portion and an order of the lamb grape leaves. To my surprise, an order of steaming hot just came out of the oven fresh mini pita was sent to our table with the most incredible garlic sauce I've had in a long time. It didn't have the bite of just garlic but this buttery smooth concoction of yum with bread still soft on the inside but crispy and delicious on the outside. The house salad that came with my meal was huge. I was expecting this tiny little plate but the salad alone was as large as my meal portion. And anyone who knows good fattoush knows it's all about that vinegarette which was smothered in every bite. Absolutely perfectly balanced with the fresh crispy lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers. My son, who's partial to rice and soup loved the lamb grape leaves which left a great impression on me. Not only did they come perfectly cooked not too soggy not to undercooked and warm not cold like they're usually served, was delicious in its own right. The filling was a perfect blend of lamb spices and rice. The Kofta was probably my favorite part of this meal. I usually order this at every Lebanese/Mediterranean restaurant I go to because it is the easiest to make or break for me trying out a new place. I was really happy to see my lamb kofta seared perfectly and still completely juicy and tender. It was paired with a delicious hummus, perfectly seasoned rice, and yummy pickles on the side. Most places I find either the kofta is too over cooked or way under seasoned. Making it just a meat patty. But this was wonderful. The juices of seasoned meat and the perfectly charred outside kept the meat inside wonderfully tender and paired so well with the rice and hummus. As we were leaving I even got to see the chef whom I would think is also the owner who took the time to make funny faces and play with my child. All in all, wonderful experience. And incredible food!! Can't wait to come back!

Reminds me of food at former La Shish in Dearborn! Fatoosh delicious and fresh, Hummus too. Baklava is from Shattillas which is the best for sweets! Lunch was over and had carryout. Friendly. Ordered small orders and was enough for two neals. Won't be disappointed.

We've been frequenting this restaurant and enjoy the food and the waitresses are always great, but we recently overheard a conversation explaining that the owner keeps carry out tips and does not share them with the wait staff.... as a customer I have a problem with the thought of my tip money being stolen from the staff that earned it and I'd like to know if that is true before I spend any more money here

Love their food but today I was waiting for my order and watched a lady sitting down with her bare hands handling and bagging pita bread. She may have washed her hands, I did see her with gloves taking them on and off but still handling them with her bare hands kind of defeating the purpose but that’s me, others may be fine with it but just a forewarning of those who buy triangle pita bread
A fantastic experience with amazing food. Felt welcome when walking in the door. The friendly staff was just the start. The flavors upon flavors is incredible. Delightful time enjoying the sampler. Will be back and will recommend to friends.
