First off let me say I love Sonic and it pains me to write this review I am not happy as I've been to this establishment twice both times my order was messed up both times I ordered the same thing I ordered a large non-salt fry both times my fries had salt what are the times the fries were even half full management wants to sit there and get suspicious because both times I've had the same issues it's not my fault you only have one car hop working and the orders are getting messed up left and right I was sitting there in a stall trying to confirm my order the application kept telling me invalid stall number and the person next to me had to send their food back because their order wasn't even right now like I said I hate writing this review because this is one of my favorite places but you're going to sit there and get suspicious of me because I've been here twice and both times my orders been messed up if it ain't the sandwich being cold or the fries being salted when they're supposed to be non salted or my drink being absolutely soda water and nasty because you guys just replaced the cartridge and didn't say nothing like come on get it together I hope corporate sees this review and to the manager with the glasses that is a guy next time don't get suspicious of your customer because the customer's always right also it's not good to have an employee walking back from the garbage can with a cigarette in his hand knowing that he's about to go back into a restaurant to prepare food

Great food if they get the order right, but sadly 50% of the times they do not and I can't eat it
To be fair though, anywhere I go I have to customize my sandwiches, but I'll never forgive them when I ordered an ice cream, and the worker was apparently told by the manager to "use the shake machine" and tried passing off a half melted ice cream
Went today, worst French fries in the history of fast food. Wouldn’t want to know how old they were. Our shakes was a can of cool whip squirted into a cup!!!!! Done with Sonic!

I love Sonic, but every time I go to this location I have to be prepared to be in the drive thru 20 minutes or MORE even with just a couple cars ahead of me :( If I park by the screens, my button has gone the same length being unanswered before I give up and leave. I understand labor shortages and big orders, but please communicate that with the people waiting. As much as I love Sonic, I have lost desire to come here.
Wow what a bad experience. The outside ordering screens don't work no signs that say they don't work then went to the drive-thru apparently the speaker for that doesn't then I went to the window and I just don't want to wait on you. Didn't get to try the food but the service is awful.

Loved the girl working the drive thru, the most unbothered monotone sounding person ever. Asked for a price and got "about xyz dollars" instead of the exact price. She was super cool (this is not sarcasm)

My shake was totally melted. Cap not on tight and spilled all over everything in car. *sigh* pickle fries tasted a bit like the oil fried in may have been old. The help was very friendly.

Sat here for at least 10 minutes just waiting at the window, the person behind me sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take his order. It's fully open and workers have already taken ny card. "Fast food" more like slow service. Never again.
