The lady taking orders is very disrespectful and rude and always has a face like she doesn’t want to be there, first she gets my order wrong and then when I explain to her that she made my order wrong she got irritated. And then she puts the top on my cup had way and when I go to grab it spells all over my car. She doesn’t need to be working there if she’s going to have that type of attitude and it hasn’t been just this time has been multiple times with her. We are spending our money we should get some proper customer service and respect.

My order was simple, and at the end I asked to have my drink made in my tumbler. Instead of just letting me know nicely, the barista got annoyed and told me I should’ve mentioned it earlier.

Customers don’t always know the internal process.
A polite explanation would’ve been enough.

I hope the staff receives better training on customer service.

Absolute worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. The manager Michelle is completely unprofessional, when I spoke to her she was incredibly rude and doesn't seem to care for her employees at all. Also every time I am at this location there seems to be a fruit fly problem it's disgusting

The workers are so rude for no reason. It had been over 30 minutes since we ordered and we were still missing a drink. We went to the counter and asked politely if my drink was in the system and the worker replied in the most condescending and rudest tone ever trying to make us feel stupid. I understand that they would be very busy and have lots of orders because of the season but there was no reason for that. I bet she felt stupid after that because we were still being respectful. She’s lucky I didn’t report her 😂😂

The baristas have so much attitude, very rude encounters every time we come to this location. We just got to the window and the woman didn’t even speak to us, she sounded irritated on the intercom too. The past two times they didn’t make my coffee correct either. I think management needs a whole new team and those workers should find different jobs that will actually make them happy. Such a horrible experience every time.
