They would not give me my nitro cold brew with sweet cream on the side so I can flavor it myself and told me it was against policy.I get nitro cold brew very often for the past few years and never had this issue

I come here a lot. I order the same thing every time. I don't care to pay extra for things that I want! I don't mind at all. It doesn't matter if I come inside or the drive thru, I never get what I pay for and my drinks are awful almost every time. When I visit other locations my drinks are great.

So my cousin came here for her birthday and while inputting her birthday it automatically did it for her to the wrong date. She took it in there to fix it and they said they couldn’t help her or give her the drink because it was a coupon to be scanned. While I understand policies, she had an id to prove her birthday and I’m sure somthing coulda been worked out. On top of working and having a stressful day that added to it. Highly disappointed in the service

Ordered at the counter hot coffee & a butter croissant, heated. I sat toward the end of the register. In 5 min. My food was ready & and I heard my name called. OK.
After waiting another 20 minutes, I got up & walked around for the 3rd time to read the cups. There it was, never heard my name called. By now, my food is room temperature . I don't know if they are used to ppl ordering ahead, pre paid, and walk in & grab their cup or what. While I respect soft spoken ppl, that isn't the place or job for it.
My name should had been said loud enough for the whole room to hear it.
Won't be back.
