I am a Jersey Mikes fan. But only subway has a meatball sub. Sowe went . First subway swan Creek Rd says we dont take your coupon because our system doesn't take them I ask can I have 3 meatball subs. And SOAB SHE SAYS" WE DONT HAVE ANY MEATBALLS. WE LEAVE EMPTY HANDED. So we head a few miles south Subway on Monroe St. They have meatball subs!...? Ordered three MBS. With provolone. Not sure what kind of cheese it was. Got home everyone is excited and ready for that MEATBALL SUB that not even Jersey Mikes has. Bread was wrong on all three, cheese was a mystery, and two of the three the marinara sauce and the meatballs were refrigerator cold. One barely passed because it was toasted. Subway you are not going to make it . Your reg subs lost us a customer's Now even that one thing that brought us in was right. The lady at the first station was not happy to be there. But! ... Kudos to the rest of the crew for being polite and bustin their butts!

Come here and spent just under 20 dollars on food and we asked for a dozen of chocolate chip cookies made fresh and the girl starts pulling them out of the case, I said she wants them fresh and she replies with "we can't just bake the cookies, it takes over 10 minutes and then 25 minutes for them to cool down. I said you guys have done it before, multiple times at that. She was going to give us cookies that were baked this morning. It's 3:30pm. So because of that they lost out on money because we did not buy them. I will add I called the subway inside Walmart and asked if they could bake them fresh and they had no problem doing it. Not going to be coming back here, we will take our money and business elsewhere.

Long story short i reached out to subway because my sandwich was made incorrectly and this is the exact email I got from the owner. No offer for me to come back and no offer to make the situation right just an apology and saying he will tell his employees. Sad because I eat there alot about 2 minutes from my house and in between my work. They have lost my business plenty of other sandwich shops who value their customers. The establishment itself was impeccably clean friendly staff. The only issue i have is the owners response to making my sandwich incorrectly.

The turkey was so thin it was see through and 3 small pieces. Very expensive $20 for two 6" subs 2 chips 1 drink.

Placed an online order at 10:30 pm tonight ordering only the Raspberry cheesecake cookies. Paid online waited for the pickup time, Only to arrive and get told there is no cookies!!!

Food has really gone down hill. Bread falls apart while eating it...barely any meat on a ham and cheese. Seem to always be out of american cheese. And then the last time I ate it, a little black bug crawls out of the sandwich. I called and had to leave a voicemail, never heard anything back. I contacted corporate and never heard anything back. I even have a video.
I wasn't going to leave a public comment about it because obviously a bug can slip in from outdoors and it can be just a one time thing, but after not hearing anything from ANYONE, and with how awful their food was prior to that, I'm not so worried about hurting their business. I will never eat there again.
