The two girls that are working today really hooked us up because the POS machine wasn't accepting credit cards or anything like that and I did not have any cash so they let us have our food for free for the inconvenience they are the greatest

Tell me why the owner of this subway is forcing his employees to work in 90° temps all day long? I go in to order a sub and it was hotter inside the restaurant than outside. All the workers were more than helpful but sounds like the owner is penny pinching over AC. It’s a subway, not a sweatshop, owner should work in it himself and see how he likes it.

Writing this for the poor employees working right now. The building is 87 degree and these poor people are sweating. When asked about a customer if the ac will be fixed for them it’s found out the ac unit has been locked so they can lower the temp. I really hope someone sees this as it has to be a not lawful.

They turn off online early says 1130 but tryed at 1040 wouldn’t go thru called and they said 11 pm but i tried all the way up to 1125 before i call i order here late all the time must just want to close early i guess

Wouldn’t go, seems like they dont follow many safe food practices. The cucumbers also tasted off like someone spilled bleach or cleaner on it. Seemed like none of the food was actually fresh.

I literally watched my wife choke on the taste of the cucumbers of her sub, in a panic I tried them and couldn't even swallow them. We called the staff and we even heard someone over the phone choke because they tried it after not believing us. Still no response from the owner. We call again and are informed they were also removed that same day after we complained of the chemical like taste. My wife gets a call back of him just literally thinking she went out of her way to make this all up. I left a very upset voicemail, that evil man can keep his money and he will at least know my wife is no liar. I will never eat here again! They poisoned us and did not care. My wife couldn't eat the rest of the day. My mouth tasted horrible for hours.

I ordered a 6 inch sub and did not receive my order, I called the location of the store and It took about 6 try’s before I was able to get a hold of someone. I asked for another sub I was told to talk to the manager, asked for a refund I was told to call DoorDash, I called DoorDash I was told I had to call the store for a refund. DoorDash called subway and added them to the call, the same lady I got off the phone with, the same one who told me to call DoorDash was on the call with me and DoorDash. The employee of subway told me that my refund would take 3-5 business days. Long story short

I am a Jersey Mikes fan. But only subway has a meatball sub. Sowe went . First subway swan Creek Rd says we dont take your coupon because our system doesn't take them I ask can I have 3 meatball subs. And SOAB SHE SAYS" WE DONT HAVE ANY MEATBALLS. WE LEAVE EMPTY HANDED. So we head a few miles south Subway on Monroe St. They have meatball subs!...? Ordered three MBS. With provolone. Not sure what kind of cheese it was. Got home everyone is excited and ready for that MEATBALL SUB that not even Jersey Mikes has. Bread was wrong on all three, cheese was a mystery, and two of the three the marinara sauce and the meatballs were refrigerator cold. One barely passed because it was toasted. Subway you are not going to make it . Your reg subs lost us a customer's Now even that one thing that brought us in was right. The lady at the first station was not happy to be there. But! ... Kudos to the rest of the crew for being polite and bustin their butts!
