***Update***
Went back tonight to give them another shot. Was told when I walked in the door that they have NO BREAD. A sub shop with no bread. I’m not sure who (if anyone) manages this store as there seem to be only children who work here and obviously no one cares to plan, think ahead, etc. to ensure they have an essential ingredient to the product they are selling. So disappointing.

Was not greeted when we walked in. Waited for about five minutes before the girl came out from the back and said that they only had one piece of wheat bread left. That’s pretty odd and also something that should have been communicated when we walked in. My husband and I go here once a week and each time, the service gets worse and worse. Poorly managed to the point we will not be back.

Apparently this Subway only serves cold meatballs!?! Got home and bit into my ice cold meatball sub! Called the store and was told it’s my fault for not getting it toasted! After 5 minutes of arguing with the 12 year old on the phone I gave up. Please drive 5 minutes down the road to the other Subway, you’ll see thank me later. This garbage of employees not caring needs to stop! I work too hard for my money!

Presley the Manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Moriowa (probably spelled that wrong, sorry) made our subs they were very good. I'd definitely eat here again.

This is our favorite Subway location. We were there the other day, and they had a new employee, a line, and they still did amazing. They were respectful and extra kind to an unfortunate person who came there and was only able to get some chips and pop, and that says a lot about the management too. It made me so happy, because the person wasn't causing any problems or bothering anyone and everyone deserves to be treated kindly and humanely. Thanks for making the world a better place!

was ignored by both employees as i stood at the order area. they both kept their heads down making online orders, never once acknowledged me until I asked if they no longer took orders in store. lilly then proceeded to give me a poor attitude and her tone was condescending. Lilly needs an attitude adjustment and since online orders are more important at this location, I gladly will take my business elsewhere!

Have to find a new sandwich shop where the workers aren't strung out on marijuana, which is the only explanation I can come up with to explain the astoundingly slow speed of every movement. Had to walk out after 15 minutes because lunch break was ending. -noon 14MAY2024

Took 25 minutes for my order to be prepared in an empty store! Come on Really? It's a couple freaking sandwiches!!!!!!!
Worst subway I’ve ever been to. 20 bucks for a 12 inch sub with only ham, salami, and bacon. I’ve been to many subways, never have I paid 20 bucks and change for this exact sub. Just go out of business by now do everyone a favor.

I made an online order and I called and they hung up twice after locking the door as we were walking in and to remind you I paid online and they wouldn’t let us in and then they started taking pictures of us for no absolute reason and then told me to call there manger and they really did not care how I felt about it that is terrible costumer service I have ever experienced
