Very disappointed in my sandwich experience. Bread was underdone, leaving the sandwich wilted and unstable. Felt like mush in my mouth.

Womderful lady covering from another store helped us out after a long day road tripping, wonderful portioning and friendly. would stop again.

Vegetarian options: you make it yourself. good about keeping toppings seperate, and great attention to any allergens/allergies.

Parking: large open parking lot in a shopping mall area.

I used to go to the subway nearly every single day for the entirety of my pregnancy , Today will be the last day I ever visit this Subway. I will also be filing an official complaint. I came into Subway to get three subs and a footlong cookie, I left with nothing but a distraught toddler. My son was playing with his truck, saying hi to people and setting himself down to play with his truck at the table. There was only one employee there. The customers that she was helping were not standing in front of her but down at the register at the other end talking and not paying attention to her. She then told me I needed to quiet my son down because she could not hear the customers. I warned her if I picked him up he would start crying and that's exactly what happened. Once the other customers left and we were the only ones in the building I started to place our order. I told her about the first sandwich and she goes over to the register to start cashing me out. I informed her that I had a larger order than that and I had multiple things I needed on that order. She informed me that she was the only one there and she had other things she needed to do. Apparently that means I'm not allowed to get more than one sub. Since that was the case, I decided I would go to a different Subway that could provide me with my full order. My son was in balling. This employee should not have a customer facing job. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the subway across town

Extremely Clean Inside, Ingredients were fresh, the young man helping me was respectful and polite, usually don't eat this late, 9pm, but glad we stopped here

The elderly woman working had something to say because we had a big order and were kinda loud there is no reason for a worker to be upset that we had a big order or some kids being a little loud thank you to the young man that was working today but the elderly woman deserves to have a talk with the manager or something

Club Penguin

Ordered here on July 26 2024. I got the hotshot Italian I and paid for extra meat. Also got extra pickles. When I opened my order, I had in total about three pieces of pepperoni and five pickles on the entire footlong sub. The other sub I got was supposed to have light mustard, and instead was drenched and soaked in mustard and pretty much inedible.

Super pleased with my experience and dinner this evening. There was a small glitch in the matrix with my online order, but upon realizing it, they were open, honest, and transparent about what happened. I was getting a tad bit hangry and was probably staring daggers at them waiting while they helped another customer, and it was noticed ? very kindly. They made things right, above and beyond, without my actually verbalizing any complaints. Words can't express the value of honesty, apologizing even if though it wasn't their error, and making things better. I commend them on their customer service, positive attitude, and our food was amazing to boot.

I walked in and she looked at me and said Hi and I said Hi back to her and then apparently she was making a couple of sandwiches and didn’t say anything else but Hi. So I stood there waiting for her to say “I’ll be right with you I’m working on an order that was called in. So she pretty much ignored me the whole time she was making the sandwiches. I had asked if I should come back and I got no response from her, so I sat down on a chair near by and watched her make the sandwiches and when she finally looked at me and I asked her can I get a sandwich please and she said after I’m done with these and I said ok and I said I wasn’t sure what you were doing because you didn’t say anything to me, it looked like she was refilling the toppings and then she said to me “you sat down so I didn’t know what you were doing, I sat down because I stood there watching her and waited for her to say “ I’ll be right with you”. Maybe subway needs to hire more people so this doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you and have a great day.

Ordered the Grand Slam Ham sub which is supposed to have double meat and cheese. What I got was very little meat or cheese. Didn't notice until I drove home. Super disappointing. You should pick a different location like I will.

This subway location is horrible there just trying to get your money yesterday I got subs for subway next to my house 2 for $12.99 which was a deal in store but when I can to this location she said there is no deal and subway haven’t made deals in store or online for over 6 months and she had an attitude and was rude.
