My husband and I thought we would get lunch and shopping done at once. I'm sorry to be so blunt but this place is disgusting! The garbage cans were overflowing, The pop area smelled and was a mess. Not one clean table and I brought wipes in and cleaned a table for myself and another lady. Wipes down the pop machine area and stuffed down the garbage with no luck. The floors are gross and look like they have never been mopped. My bread was rubbery and hard. My husband wanted me to take it but up to the young man making the food. He told me there was no manager on site but gave me her name a number. Said he couldn't give me a refund. I didn't want one. He said he couldn't make me another sandwich and the bread was fresh from this morning. It was absolutely not and when we left, he was in the back making it himself and was working by himself. Said he couldn't give me free food and he would have to charge me again for a new one. Never again.

Found out today their 5.99 deal on a meatball sub doesn't include cheese. So if you want cheese it'll be almost the same price, so fake deal. Didn't find out until she was already making it because it isn't clearly stated on the sign and the sub normally has cheese. Wouldn't have bothered ordering if I knew and just bought hungry howies instead.

I always order online for pickup for my food here. They make it very quickly and is ready to go when I get there. The staff has always been very nice and courteous. And can't go wrong on their chocolate chip cookies!
