This has got to be one of the worst tacobell in michigan, I don't even know where to start between the near hour long wait the absolute horrible staff Sabrina was one of if not the rudest managers I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with the constant standing around on phones ignoring front counter customers I will not be returning for awhile.

Ordered a Nacho Belle Grande. It has less than a teaspoon of beef!!!! Load of refried beans. Waited forever behind 1 vehicle for drive through service. Apparently they ran out of beef. I called the manager to discuss. She advised me to bring the nachos back for her inspection!!!! Really???? My order was over $20 dollars and I am not from the area. I schooled her on customer service and I have no reason to lie over a $5.99 food item. Taco Bell is my “safe place” for food when I travel. Not this one.

This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. I have given this taco bell several tries believing they were just flukes or simple little mistakes. However this time, when I order several different items and none of them come correctly it's too much. I ordered a 5 layer burrito, 2 stackers, 2 Doritos loco tacos, 2 chips and nacho cheese, and 2 Baja blasts. One of the two stackers came burnt, the other, the shell was stale, hard, and inediable. One of the Doritos Locos Tacos shell was completely broken. The chips were stale and crumbs. Lastly, they forgot my 5 layer burrito.
To make matters worse, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Let alone the time just sitting in line waiting. This taco bell is insanely slow, they don't even try to quickly get you your ordered food. Also good luck getting your food if they mess up your order, which they typically do. They do not give you priority to get your food fixed.
If you want taco bell just go to the one down the road, I have never had a problem.

After taco bell left out my entire order we circled back around and when I bit into it the chicken cantina burrito there was this big piece of thick hard cabbage -_-
Order was correct, appearance OK, family enjoyed. I'm not keen on Taco Bell. Rather make my own.

jessica made sure to go out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. the baja freeze was in defrost mode and I didn’t know that I could wait until it was finished. i’m waiting in a spot right now and she said she’ll bring out my drink once it finishes its cycle. what an awesome experience. all the other taco bell’s in town mess up orders, take forever, and are out of half of their menu regularly. save your time and money and drive across town to this location. TRUST ME! I just checked my order and it was spot on too. all special requests were completed too.
