Spent just over 20 dollars and two of the items looked thrown together and kind of gross one item had one square of chicken on it and the other has a huge gash in it and it's all cold... used to go here all the time but since the prices have been going up the food quality has been going down, service is usually good but the speaker sometimes doesn't seem to work.

There is an employee here named Cheyenne that is repeatedly rude to customers when they come in. I regularly come here since they opened for my own job & I have watched her completely blow off customers when they ask her simple questions or requests and I have seen her use profanity directly at young children when they were a little loud in the lobby due to their music always being so loud you can’t hear anyone talk. I’ve tried to speak with a manager about this issue because I find it incredibly unacceptable to talk to children that way, and they refuse to do anything about it.

i ordered a cheese quesadilla… opened it… cheese isn’t melted at all???. call for replacement… burnt to a crisp. all black!! wilted away in my mouth. a touch of water would have dissolved it. ?

Went there tonight around 1am, the woman with the nose piercing and tats was the nicest person working at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced! Her kindness was contagious and so appreciated. The best tacos I’ve had from tbell in awhile! 10/10

I hate that I have to take my own order when inside the restaurant. Like, it's my biggest pet peeve, I don't want to learn how to use the kiosk, id like for someone to help me with ordering as I don't go to Taco Bell much so Im unaware of most of what's on the menu.Food was alright I guess. Nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about. Also, they do have a large selection of drinks, including sports drinks and I do appreciate that.

Went to this location on my lunch hr.There was 1 car in line in the drive-thru.I pulled up to the second order screen, and waited.No one ever took my order.I waited as 3 cars pulled up and had their orders taken.Still nothing.I pulled up to the window to tell the lady that I have been waiting and have been skipped over many times, and all she did was shut the window, 2xs...she did not take the time to hear what I was trying to tell her.Took my business to a different restaurant.Customer service today was a zero...
