My 6 year old niece could put a crunch wrap together better than they can, like actually why am I having to pull apart all of my food and rebuild it because if I eat it as is half of shit is just tortilla???? Not to mention the very unwelcoming attitude of the staff, I normally do my best to avoid this location but decided to give them a chance since its been awhile but it's still a mess, also my potatoes are like eating rocks, and it's kinda shitty considering they charge double what the other locations charge. I honestly don't know how this location is still in business

Food always is correct and customer service is very nice but the timing is very slow. Should not have to wait 15 minutes in a drive thru line when one vehicle is at the window to receive their food. I have worked in fast food (Taco Bell specifically) and timing was a very big deal to stay under a certain time(average under 2 minutes per vehicle from start of order to when they receive the food) someone needs to come help them out a bit.

Wonderful friendly staff. But the lemonade strawberry was vile tasting to say the least.
I just ate here today and the food was so good! The workers were very kind and they had very quick service. The food was very nice and warm too. I definitely recommend!

You guys know I’m honest guy and reviewer of places in Monroe when I walked into Taco Bell today it smelled really really bad and there was a general manager manager that greeted me and said hi but nobody at the corner looked at . The young guy working cashier ignored me and left the counter haven’t been greeted over 5 mins still as I type this. Not a good experience and look. What happened to customer service? The manager handed me some food and I was very nice and chill and I told her that it’s their job to train these young kids to learn customer service because that’s unacceptable.
