I work across the street and the last five times I have gone they either make the food wrong or give me the wrong order they say it’s because there is someone new working but every time it’s the same ppl same manager on duty tonight I called and asked for a corporate number because I’m allergic to red dye I ordered no red chips clearly they tried picking them off instead of making it right not to mention the staff come and buy rolling papers and blunt wraps during their shifts no wonder u can’t take order and make it right Ur stoned out ur mind…

I come here lots and the food is usually pretty good but I will say it looks like a ghost town when u walk in the employees are off hiding someplace definitely not cleaning the lobby or bathroom lol other then that this taco bell is pretty good the foods good anywaysParking: Parking is great here u can almost always get a spot right next to the entranceWheelchair accessibility: This Taco Bell has two spots right by the entrance for handicapped people I thought it was nice to have more then one spot for them to park
They are located next to a truck stop and close Dine-In at 10 pm and the drive thru is open until 3AM but won’t accept truck driver walking up to drive though. Think they should be more considerate and change policy

We went to the newly built taco Bell on telegraph in Monroe, although the service was friendly, I wish I could have felt the same in regards to how unpleasant our order was. A part of our order was 3 cheesey fiesta potatoes, there was barely any cheese !! On all 3 orders. The next time we went to the same location, I asked this time if we could get more cheese on the potatoes and we were told it only gets one pump of cheese.. I have worked at two different taco bell locations and I have never been so sparse with cheese on the cheesy fiesta potatoes..

The outside was clean, it didn't take very long for my food to be made, and the employees were really friendly.

Nice location and updated store however store needs CLOSE SCRUTINY. As I entered employee was refusing to uphold simple health standard when directed by the pleasant but utterly ineffective manager. THEN as reported by others the order was ill prepared. The Nacho Bell Grande was a handful of chips with less than HALF teaspoon of cheese and 6-8 chopped tomatoes. If Taco Bell will not correct these well documented issues customers are forced to go elsewhere.
