Terrible. I was given a cheesy roll up with no cheese. That is ridiculous. It is literally cheese and a tortilla. How do you forget the cheese? Also, we ordered two burritos and neither were folded and it ruined our entire experience. We were so hungry on our long road trip and it really ruined it for us.

Went through the drive through and ordered a supreme luxe box, also ordered a burrito and a taco supreme. They had us pull around to the front to wait on our order. They bring us the box but not the other food so we say something. She says something to those inside and tells us the other food is also in the box. I open it and only the other burrito was in it but she had walked in already. My husband then drove around the building and drove back to the window as the other cars were still ordering. Worker opens window and my husband says you forgot my taco supreme and she rudely tells him that he should not have jumped in front of the other cars. Really?? He explains that we shouldn’t have to wait behind 4 more cars as we already ordered. Again she got rude and tells us to pull up, no apology no nothing, just RUDE!!! Got the rest of our order and by time we got back the food was soggy but yet we were expected to wait behind 4 other cars!!! Your employees need to be retrained!! Shame on the rudeness and complete lack of acknowledgement that they screwed up our order and were rude about it!!

Idk why but Everytime we order from here they are always out of steak even when we order stuff that comes with steak. They need to do a better job at ordering their food inventory. Paying for steak but getting chicken or beef does not sound right to me.

This is probably the worst taco bell around. Employees never friendly. Always out of certain products and won't substitute anything even if it costs them less to make. I've never had a place tell me they are out of beef when that is literally the main ingredient in all the food.

They don't have what you one and they want you to pull forward knowing there's nobody behind you if this was McDonald's you would be sitting there waiting for your food why am I pulling forward and making sure they're not giving me the right order or if they even made it right pull forward please there's nobody behind me
This location is an absolute mess with their food and prices. I wouldn't recommend ordering a BYO box at this location as it's $4 more than the other local TB's. Just an FYI, quit the app and double-check the local prices, people! It'll show the same prices if that this bs location has if you don't exit the app and select the new location.
