I went in to get my food I ordered through the app I was told I could not have what I ordered because they didn’t thaw food that was for the new street taco chalupa. When I ordered two box orders of street taco chalupas the women working there wanted to reimburse my order that would take over 24 hours and I said no so she said I could only add 1 chalupa to the order for a replacement. Then I get home to eat my food my daughter’s cinnamon twists bag is covered in dripping grease and my replacement chalupa was covered in grease as well . To say the least this has been one of many experiences I have had with this women my order is either wrong or bad. I would not choose this location if you want your food made correctly or to be lied to why she sits there does nothing eats the food while she watches others work.

Think the cashier at the drive-thru is on something more than just weed how to repeat the order five times and could barely hear the dude he sounded slow like he was on Fentanyl I opened up my Supreme lunch box and found an alfalfa sprout

Terrible. I was given a cheesy roll up with no cheese. That is ridiculous. It is literally cheese and a tortilla. How do you forget the cheese? Also, we ordered two burritos and neither were folded and it ruined our entire experience. We were so hungry on our long road trip and it really ruined it for us.

Went through the drive through and ordered a supreme luxe box, also ordered a burrito and a taco supreme. They had us pull around to the front to wait on our order. They bring us the box but not the other food so we say something. She says something to those inside and tells us the other food is also in the box. I open it and only the other burrito was in it but she had walked in already. My husband then drove around the building and drove back to the window as the other cars were still ordering. Worker opens window and my husband says you forgot my taco supreme and she rudely tells him that he should not have jumped in front of the other cars. Really?? He explains that we shouldn’t have to wait behind 4 more cars as we already ordered. Again she got rude and tells us to pull up, no apology no nothing, just RUDE!!! Got the rest of our order and by time we got back the food was soggy but yet we were expected to wait behind 4 other cars!!! Your employees need to be retrained!! Shame on the rudeness and complete lack of acknowledgement that they screwed up our order and were rude about it!!
