Y'all manager need to brush up on her people skills. Your kitchen didn’t follow a SINGLE instruction on my order and your manager expected me to drive all the way back for my sauces that I paid for, just for my food to be cold?? I told her Im not doing that I work early, her response is oh well I don’t know what you expect.. Im not replacing the whole order for sauces. You aint even offer to replace my taco?! You expected me to bring that cold thing back then sit in my car and put sour cream on it when it shoulda been there from jump.. REALLY?? I EXPECT YOU AND YOUR TEAM TO MAKE MY ORDER CORRECTLY! UNREAL. Wasn’t nobody tryna get y'all out no free food and yall could had all this shit back. At the end of the day, the day gotta end yall was wrong and I feel discriminated against. PERIOD. Lady was just nasty nasty NASTY! If you hate your job that much, perhaps find another! I hope this finds you well sweetheart! Needless to say Im so pissed I threw my $12 order in the trash.

Food is always freshly made. Crew is very polite and friendly. I just wasn't happy with how they packed my food this time because they put my Mexican pizza under all my other items and so when I opened the pizza it was smashed and stuck to the top of the box and my quesadilla was falling apart unfortunately.

Cold food lied to and told made to order but how is that possible when I placed the order in the parking lot and it was ready by time I told em my name 2 min later if that so def see why they got almost 3 outta 5 wouldn't recommend and to boot they fill the cups they charge u 3 bucks a pop for mainly up woth ice

I went in to get my food I ordered through the app I was told I could not have what I ordered because they didn’t thaw food that was for the new street taco chalupa. When I ordered two box orders of street taco chalupas the women working there wanted to reimburse my order that would take over 24 hours and I said no so she said I could only add 1 chalupa to the order for a replacement. Then I get home to eat my food my daughter’s cinnamon twists bag is covered in dripping grease and my replacement chalupa was covered in grease as well . To say the least this has been one of many experiences I have had with this women my order is either wrong or bad. I would not choose this location if you want your food made correctly or to be lied to why she sits there does nothing eats the food while she watches others work.
