They have the best quesadillas! They are more expensive than the Taco Bell across the street but the quality and quantity of the food is sooo worth it! ...and potato ole's are crispy deliciousness!
Employees were very friendly but the food wasn’t very good. Tacos barely had any meat on them. Prices way too high for what you get. Probably don’t be back.

Food was edible, that's about it. When I went to the drive-thru there's only two people ahead of me but when I look across the street, I saw Taco Bell had a line around there building to go through the drive-thru... And at this point I do understand why Taco Bell is way busier than Taco John, food was mediocre at best.

Ive eaten here ONCE. The reason being ANY TIME I go in, the restaurant seemingly they're closed. Their posted hours are not their hours in fact. So if someone figures out what time they actually close, PUT IT ON GOOGLE.
They say they close at 9, closed at 7. Close at 11, haha actually it's 10.

I grew up on Taco Johns in Sioux City, Iowa of over 45 years. The stuff being put out in Monroe, Michigan is not fit to be called Taco Johns. The tortillas taste like something from a cut-rate store. the meat is nothing like Taco John's actual recipe. I've been waiting years for Taco Johns to come to Michigan, here it starts but is by people that have no idea how Taco Johns really tastes. What a wasted 62 mile (one way) drive today to the Monroe location on Telegraph. What happened to the Taco Burgers? The first time in my life I spend $56 to feed three people and it isn't worth the paper the money in printed upon. I'll betcha this location probably has no idea what Taco Tuesday even means.

Food was ok. Nothing special. There were 9 employees standing around talking and very few customers. One employee was working the hardest cleaning the area by the dumpster outside. Very cleaning dining area.
