Wow!!! Where do I start. This place is more expensive than other Tim Hortons locations. The messed up my order, after I tried to tell them, they were rude and would replace the wrong donuts. I live near by and I will never visit this location again. You lost a customer.

The staff and the service are good, I just don’t like paying $3+ plus for a coffee from a small cup to the extra large when I know the other 2 Tim Hortons in Monroe area I can get a extra large coffee for $2.85. I guess everything along I-75 cost more. I work right near this one so I don’t really have a choice if I want good quality coffee.

I ordered a bagel and the first time it came literally burnt, like so bad to the point where it was inedible and they still served it, the second time I ordered a bagel I thought maybe it would be better, I asked for regular cream cheese and just to find out that the bagel had a single smear of cream cheese. This ruined my day and this is a serious concern, do better.

Worst experience ever. The dark haired girl that opens in the morning is extremely rude and nasty. Don't bother calling and complaining to the store manager because they'll just tell thier employees exactly what you said.

If I could rank a negative 6 on this place I would. Rude employees, don't make the coffee how it's supposed to be. Food is disgusting. Never again will we pay money to this establishment or any other Tim Hortons. First time and last time.

Literally terrible. "We're not really a Tim Hortons, Hun" after everything I tried to order. They don't have anything except basic coffee and sad looking donuts. Plus the worker was really rude and refused to offer me anything of what they actually had. No point in even having this location. They also do not except rewards or anything from the app at all.

Came here in the morning to get a bagel and possibly a hash brown. They were "out of hash browns", "out of sausage" ... Like out of everything. For being inside the gas station and quite busy, also not exactly late in the morning- how are things just going, going GONE? Shouldn't you be ready for the rush first thing in the morning?
If you have any other plans for the day don’t go here will be stuck in the waiting room not being helped what a joke of a coffee place don’t recommend

Ordered and some items were incorrect or just missing. The XL coffee was made into a large and she didn't even get the apple juice. The young woman with dark, long hair with glasses was extremely rude saying "she didn't order an XL , she said Large" they didn't even correct it. I had to wait in line again to order the XL coffee and apple juice- I made sure they got that right!!! If this young lady is at the register when you order ask for another person to take your order, don't let her bad day ruin yours!!!!

I have been here twice. Both times horrible experience. Staff is rude. Food is trash. They put no effort into anything they do. And they don’t even do the Tim’s app to top it all off.

Very very rude. I ordered a number 9 without bacon and the cashier added sausage. I don't eat pork! The chick that looks like trailer trash making people food got smart because the cashier messed up. Will not return!!! And I think she spit in my food so I couldn't eat it smh.
