Avoid this Store at all cost!!!! I am a regular customer and every single time they get my order wrong!!!!!! They don’t mark your drinks so you just have to guess who’s is who’s then on top you have to ASK for a SLEEVE for a hot coffee smh. Everything is half ass!!!! Or nothing at all. Go to the one on telegraph street this one is NOT worth the fight and headache!!!!

Coffee was not what I expected for a latte. I ordered a large mocha latte with an extra shot. It tasted like chocolate milk. No coffee flavor at all. With that being said the cashier who took my order was so sweet!

Coffee is different everyday and every time, even if it's the same person making said coffee! You can definitely tell at this Timmy's which employee cares about their job, take pride in making the right mixture, and the customers happines and which employee just simply don't care and are rude! Even as a regular face there, the customer service is very bland more than not. Overall I gave it a 3 stars because of the wishy-washyness of everything mentioned above. I'd much rather go to the Tim's Hortons on Telegraph, but unfortunately the Monroe location is closer for my everyday coffee!!

Upper management needs to schedule more staff. With only 2 customers in front of me, I waited inside for an extremely long time before ordering. They have 1 person working the inside while 5 people are working the drive thru. Smarter people need to run this business!! The young man working the front was wonderful! Working hard and delivering excellent customer service. Management: please support your staff and business with proper staffing!
