They yelled twice that we had to buy something even when I told and showed them we were ordering on the app, but I would give just as low a rating no matter how nice the service was for the food alone! The hash browns tasted like they had been microwaved 4x over and so did everything else in the egg bacon and cheese wrap a got!

Tim Hortons serves the best breakfast. putting 4 stars only cause this specific place seems to have a little less quality than others, but still never regret eatting here

The only reason I give 3 stars is bc I had no complaints about the food, it was good. The service was so horrible it was almost a joke. The woman at the window was so amazing rude I had to laugh. She told me to pull up and then stuck her head out the window and screamed at me nastily to pull forward more in the rudest tone. Tone was not any nicer while taking the order.

Drive-thru staff are always very rude, will not be coming to this location any longer.
We went through the drive through and the girl at the window was pleasant however the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese was barely melted and the bread was soggy. I ordered a doughnut and it was, no joke just tossed in the bag. My moms meal was ice cold as well, it was the ham sandwich. To be honest I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a cold sandwich but not even the bread was toasted. I'm pretty sure she also did not receive the correct drink. Unfortunately we were also not given a receipt so we can't even really provide proof other than word of mouth. A real shame because the one in Dundee is fabulous.

Rude! I went inside the employee to order the employee gave me the wrong order, then she slammed my food down smashing my kids donut, forgetting my coffee. Waited 10 more minutes for my coffee. The owner is just as rude.
Parking: Drive thru blocks half parking lot when it's wrapped around into Monroe st.
Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly inside.

The inconsistency is undeniable. I order the same exact coffee the same way 3-5 times a week and it is never the same. Half steamed milk resulting in lukewarm warm lattes, argumentative management that makes it impossible to have anything corrected. Privately owned and therefore calls to corporate fall on deaf ears. Conveniently located so that myself and many others continue to go but the disappointment never goes away.

The coffee I order is always great! I usually only get coffee and timbits. The workers are friendly. The one thing I would change is the automatic voice ,it is a bit annoying
The manger on 1st shift talks to her workers like trash and customers. She's horrible ain't no way I'ma start my day everyday seeing or hearing act like a child. I don't even use this franchise anymore.

The coffee is rarely stirred, hardly any cream cheese on the bagels, young ladies in the drive thru always look bothered and sour. This location is disappointing.
