I love Tim's. But after dealing with it enough I feel I need to put it down in a review. Everytime we go there for breakfast they throw hasbrowns away before breakfast is even over. At least 15 minutes early! I work in fast food as well btw so I know for a fact they should be servicing their hashbrowns until that clock hits on the DOT! When we do get them, they're cold no warmth to them. We only get 2 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, and two iced caps. The sandwiches are almost always wrong, pretty much every single time we go there. It's extremely unprofessional as they'll be screaming at each other with the window wide open for 10 minutes straight. The sausage is always PALE! I've never been so annoyed with a place. Yall come work at Mcdonalds for a day ?.

Decided to try this location again to see if they have gotten better with service. I was wrong, still bad. Ordered a raisin bagel toasted twice light cream cheese. Received a blueberry bagel tosated twice, got that part right, hardly any cream cheese. The really bad part is there was green smear of something on the cream cheese with other speckled stuff.? also no napkins!!! Ended up throwing it away. With so many workers there, you'd think that they could get a simple order right. Back to panera bread.

Went through the drive thru around 4am and my husband asked a question to have the answer screamed at him through the speaker. The same man then proceeded to make fun of him at the window before the window closed, just for telling him to have a good day.

Second time in this week .. usually decent service..this time shorted my single donut..then when asked about it .said she gave to me..then told me the wrong donuts that she claims to have given me .crazy for a 2 dollar donut.then when I asked for my receipt she gave someone else's... congrats Ashley you have ran off another customer
