Wow, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I rarely go to Tim Hortons because there aren't any near me, but my girlfriend and I decided to grab some panini sandwiches from here while passing through Michigan late at night. Randy was working there and he did such a good job on the food and even shared a laugh with me in the drive-thru over a joke I made. His positive demeanor makes me want to come to this location again. Bravo, Randy.

I recently ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee through the drive-thru at your location. Upon taking a bite, I immediately had to spit out the sandwich. The English muffin was not toasted, the cheese was still cold, and the egg appeared green and moldy.
When I called to share my concerns, the employee I spoke with was dismissive and rude—as if I were somehow at fault. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues at this location. While a few employees are consistently kind, others appear to care very little about customer experience.
I didn’t return the sandwich this time, because on a previous visit when I did, I overheard staff complaining about the return. I’m not a picky customer, but food safety is non-negotiable—and a green egg crosses the line.
This is not the first time I’ve left a review, and I find the generic responses from Tim Hortons frustrating. The repeated suggestion to contact the guest customer care team through a form feels dismissive—especially since I’ve done that and never received a follow-up. It gives the impression that Tim Hortons doesn’t truly value customer feedback or care about resolving concerns.
I’m not a bot—I’m a real person who has experienced poor customer service multiple times at this location.

It’s great that they’re open 24/7 but the guy on overnight shift has too many regulars or something and he tries to hold 20 minute conversations with them while other people are waiting in line and I’m sure they’re on their way to work. It’s getting ridiculous!!

How can you not have whipped cream? Half of what you make requires whipped cream. Seriously it's not just this one it's the one off of Monroe Street as well is whipped cream gold? How do you not have enough whipped cream? Good Lord Tim Hortons get your act together
Came in at 830am on Friday the counter staff friendly and service was fast. The crew seems to work well together. I use alot of sugar in my coffee, they never forget to stir it well!

Overall very poor service. You can tell the staff does the bare minimum. Iced capp machine CLEARLY hasn't been cleaned in some time. They gave me the wrong sandwich. A mountain of bacon sitting on the counter in open air. At least they'll smile at your face while they hand you food poisoning.

I went to go get a breakfast sandwich to find what looks like a moldy egg? And the biscuit was rock hard. Im worried of temperature abuse with the food. How long and at what temp are they keeping food. Also when they remade my food they didnt heat it up. They just slapped it all together and handed it to me. The hospitality was at all time low, as well as quality. I typically come at least 3 times a week and it makes my stomach upset to worry about their food safety.

Had to pick up a door dash this evening, and only 1 person was working there. His name was Randy. He should be giving much praise, a raise, recognition...something. There were 4 cars in front of me, and one hell of an annoying jackass behind me who was consistently honking his horn. This review is only getting a 1 star from me, (Randy could've had some help ya know) but Randy deserves a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for going WAY beyond customer service. Thanks✌🏽

Was horrible experience, unorganized behind counter food very slow or will be 5 min in morning for hashbrown and took about same for a bagel. Had a camper and parking was not for anything but a car.. no pull around other than through drive through. Would not recommend.

I ordered a sausage everything bagel, paid extra to add extra bacon and extra cheese total was over $9.00. When order was delivered there was no sausage, a few bacon crumbles and half a slice of cheese. I’ve been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons for years, this experience is very disappointing.
