Ive been sick all weekend and my husband has came there the last 3 days and got myself and him a smoothie. He always orders a smoothie with only orange and strawberry. Tonight this man goes out of his way to go get smoothies and the young female with a lip piercing argued with him that THEY DONT HAVE STRAWBERRY AND ORANGE🙃 Then explained if he wants that he must order a Jetty punch minus whatever plus whatever. Ma'am if you have the items to make it cant you not just be kind and make it and ring it in however you need to instead of being difficult towards a customer thats just trying to get their smoothies and get back home to their sick wife?! Ill just go back to getting smoothies from the middle eastern restaurant 🤷🏼♀️

Asking for tips at a fast food restaurant is actually insane. I interacted with an employee for less than 30 seconds in the drive through. Somebody blended up a smoothie and put food into a bag and they’re asking for a tip. I fully understand that it is not the workers themselves that created this culture, but this is ridiculous. There are people who work incredibly hard to earn tips and this affects them. The audacity they have to literally make me take the physical card reader from them for the SOLE PURPOSE of trying to get a tip is hilarious.

Was picking up a door dash order that someone fraudulently picked up before I got there. Was first door dash for me ever. Management was really cool about and quickly replaced the order for me. I know some places won't do that.

I love Tropcial Smoothie, because their menu has a lot of options but isn’t super complicated. The smoothies are very fruit forward without being too sweet— they taste exactly right. I tried a Chia Banana Peanut Butter smoothie (not sure if that’s the exact name LOL) and it was delicious! even my picky mother took a sip and liked it! ? some may say their prices are a tad high, but I don’t mind because I know I’m going to like whatever I get here. It’s the perfect little sweet treat for me
