Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena
Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

This is a decent place for boneless chicken tenders,the bone in were kind of dry and had very little sauce and seasoning on them, wife wasn't to happy. My parmesean covered fries weren't great either,fries are to small for me but my boneless chicken was great.

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

This is supposed to be boneless chicken. Manager was rude. I had it delivered and was told if i wanted a remake or refund i need to bring the chicken back for proof! Have a look. Had issue with orders before and other managers were always friendly and helpful!

If I could give a zero star I would. The absolute rudest high school kids ive seen. Waited 45 minutes for a door dash order. They first said it would be ready in 5 minutes...25 minutes later still nothing. I asked whats up cuz i seen like 6 orsers go out b4 mine was ready so i politely asked agin...they said mines up next...5 more orders go out but still not mine. So i asked again, thats when a kid came up and said if you dont calm down i would be trespassed. I could see the workers in the back purposly putting my order ticket at the bottom of the orders and was talking to eachother, laughing and pointing at me and said were gonna make him wait longer now since he wants to rush people. No i was going by what your other employee told me which was im up next and it never came. Yall they told me i was tresspassed because they purposly was messing with me. Immature high school kids. Horrible customer service!!!
