Autumn thank you so much for not only being open also for being so welcoming to me. This is my kindred spirit weekend summer time home town. The place I go to when I’m am lost in depth of disappear. The first Christmas I was unable to spend without my children had me at my lowest the patron and the bartender brought my spirits up. Amazing place with great atmosphere. Not to mention food is not your typical bar food it’s actually really good…

We visit Montague regularly and like to spend our dining and entertainment $$ in locally run businesses. Unfortunately we will not be back. The language from local patrons was loud and profane with repeated f bombs from a group of very drunk guys discussing local sports. No one from the bar addressed the situation.

We stopped because of a review. Glad we did! Hillbilly nachos were amazing and the olive burger was so good my husband ordered a second one! This will be an annual stop for us on our way up north. So good!

I come here once a year when we visit Muskegon. We stop after golfing.Anyhow, this place always has great service, and is a very welcoming atmosphere. It would appear everyone knows everyone that walks in.This is a clean, well lit place with a pool table, keno (of course), and a juke box. There are a few booths and several tables to sit at, and a long bar.The food is what sets this apart from other bars. It does appear to be a dive bar, and maybe that's kinda true, but you don't get the best nachos ever at any dive bar. The cowboy nachos, and especially the Irish Nachos have to be tried for sure. They also have an excellent olive burger. The portions are large, so bring a friend.Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of it. There is also a small lot across from the pub.It is a little ways off of highway 31, but if you're looking for a quick bite and a beer, I can't recommend this place enough.

I went there specifically to play poolThey didnt have very many good pool sticks but the table was a good table to play on. It was a little pricey for pool though. It was $1.50 each game which in my opinion is kind of a lot.The atmosphere was very clean and open and felt good to be in and the service was excellent. I only got a couple of drinks and didnt order food. The restaurant was closed when i got there but they dod make food for someone even though the kitchen was closed. They made the most amazing plate of nachos covered in all the good stuff like lettuce and tomatoes and more!I would recommend this place and definitley come back here!Parking: I went at night so not sure if the parking costs during the day. I dont remember. We didnt pay anything though

Your typical small town dive bar. Live music often and touch tunes is an option when there is no live music. There is free street parking in front of the pub. They do have bathrooms. The women's bathroom has two stalls but they are very small. The prices are fair and the drinks are always good. They do offer food but not too late into the night. They also have a back door that leads to a deck where you can sit at a picnic table. Overall just a classic pub!

Typical corner dive bar in a small Michigan town. I was shocked at the 1 star reviews. We came in on a Friday night. Sat down right away and we were served in a timely manner. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. Food was average bar food, nothing special but not awful. Mainly burgers, sandwiches and soups. The drinks were strong. They had karaoke going on which was fun to watch. The offer Club Keno and a juke box. Pretty cool little joint. Parking is right out front. It's a nice change from the the trendy breweries in the area. We will definitely stop in again when we're in town.

We walked in with a group 12. The bartender/server let us know that it was just him and the cook. He did a great informing us that it would just be a bit and they would send the food out as soon as it was ready. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks!

I was hungry and wanted food. I was skeptical at first coming here but then I got the food... my gosh... the girl working the kitchen by herself is incredible. She just made make the best steak sauce burger i've ever had. I'm a former chef and she makes better burgers than myself. I dont think i've ever had a burger so juicy and so delicious.

Been going to Jimmy's for years and it always seems to get better! Today, I had two chicken tocos. The best tacos that I have had in years. Cas, the owner is great. Try it
