I've been here before, years ago and the prices versus portions is about the same. Very consistent and pretty fair for the service they provide. I love the Black Raspberry & Pomegranate Sorbet. With a bit of Hershey drizzle over the top, it's absolutely perfect! What I had years ago was also great quality and one of the most memorable ice cream experiences I've ever had.
The new owners are catching a lot of hate in these reviews but I don’t see it… prices are still good, and selection is still outstanding. There’s still soft serve (including a rotation of bonus flavors), great hand dip options, plus shakes and sundaes and such. We’ve been loyal patrons for years, and we still are.
Absolutely amazing customer service! We wanted to buy gift cards and they were out of them in Montrose. The owner was working in flushing and made arrangements with me to get them to give to our kids sports team that day. Seriously above and beyond!
