The new owners are catching a lot of hate in these reviews but I don’t see it… prices are still good, and selection is still outstanding. There’s still soft serve (including a rotation of bonus flavors), great hand dip options, plus shakes and sundaes and such. We’ve been loyal patrons for years, and we still are.
Absolutely amazing customer service! We wanted to buy gift cards and they were out of them in Montrose. The owner was working in flushing and made arrangements with me to get them to give to our kids sports team that day. Seriously above and beyond!
This is by far the best around! Always people in line but never much wait. Very friendly staff! Ice-cream is generously sized, prices are good & the taste is amazing!! I'll drive past other places just to come here instead. You guys won me over with the first lick.?
