McDonald's located at 249 state st in Montrose mi had discriminated against me by a manager there by saying that I was banned from there because of my disabilities while I was doordashing today at 1:30 pm.

Woman in first drive thru was amaze-balls. She was so sweet, we added something at the window and she reassured us it was no issue and even apologized because she thought she seen a car seat and thought she was being loud(she was perfectly fine). Second window the food came out fast, and it was fresh and hot!! Whoever was working Monday night, November 3, around 9:40pm deserves raises!! Good teamwork and good food!! WE LOVE YA !! Only McDonald’s we go to. Always order a chocolate shake and they make it right Everytime. Which shouldn’t seem that hard but the one in Clio doesn’t mix it thoroughly and it’s always way too thick. Our food is always fresh and the employees are always so nice. Especially Lorraine, Everytime we see her we’re happy!
Nasty girl put her dirty fingers inside cup and fill up, I dump it, teach your workers not to do that 🤮
