So the new roll out, the remodel doesn't make sense. Ugly atmosphere and the biggest dumbest issue, no pop machine. For this restaurant it maybe makes sense, it's a smaller restaurant, the one in Chesaning doesn't make sense. Refills have to be done by the staff. So how are you saving money, also not that Im a environmentalist but, new cup and lid each time? Save the planet not.Not a fan.Great staff as always. But the remodel question my desire to return on top of the pricing.

I stopped there the night we had the snow which is just a couple nights ago and I had to wait for a fresh McChicken and when the kids come out he helped me clear my car off of the snow which was awesome

We went through the drive through. The staff was friendly. Our food was disgusting. The fries were cold and really salty. The order was made wrong. We asked for certain condiments to not be put on our hamburgers and it was. I was too far away by the time I realized it.

Why do they ask if I have a mobile order every single time I'm at the window? If I have a mobile order, I'll tell you? For such a big corporation, it's a waste of time (which is money) in order to ask a question that a person will say no to. They also must have the employees on a script, it's like talking to a robot.
