The other 7 folks at our table thought this was a joke but, alas, afraid not. Which word comes to mind- cheap, chintzy, petty, ridiculous or all of them? Oh, as it was my birthday we figured most nice restaurants offer a complimentary dessert but not here. Silly me for expecting that when I had to pay for the butter.”

It’s a great little place that offers home cooked food- the kind of place that is hard to find anymore. No frills, nothing fancy.
